Oh goodness yes. Like, let's say you give a person above you between 100-200k and then the next few you get are between 40-50k. And then on top of that, the person above you doesn't say thanks, argh, worst feeling ever.

Yes! Exactly. That was one of the reasons why I left a while back. Like, I was close with some people and they were nice to me, but some of them were quite greedy. And even now, I'm giving as much as I can to everyone, not just to the "awesome" people.
