You're right? It made it look like it was just one item.
Btw, is nursing different for each level in your country? That's how it is in the US. In high school and if you're a sophomore, you get introduce to the basics of the course. Once you're a junior, you get the hand-on first experience. And lastly as a senior, you actually do it for real in a hospital.
