Most of it may suck but every once in a while you'll find something meaningful. It doesn't happen often though. Everyone is so superficial, they're all exactly alike.
I'd have to agree. I love listening to the channel on my satellite radio that has all that stuff (and radio shows XD love it). Some of the recent stuff though is really good too. Have you heard Renee Olstead do Summertime? Oh my God. If I could sing like her I would be content for the rest of my natural life.
And most of the idiots I know are not cultured at all. I know one other person who listens to good music. One. All my other friends look at me like I'm crazy when I play the music on my computer for them.
Sometimes I like techno but sometimes I don't. It's sort of an off and on thing.
And because you like jazz AND classical music I have decided that you are SUPER AWESOME! Before you were just awesome but because of that you have become a super. Good for you!
Well my guilty pleasure is musicals. My iPod is filled with junk from Moulin Rouge, Wicked, Aisha, and Rent.
I grew up listening to music from the eighties. Give me anything from then and I will most likely like it. I have a love for Bon Jovi by the way. His new stuff annoys me but back in the days when he had more hair than I do he was a God. XD
I obviously like classical stuff.
Wizard rock makes me smile on a daily basis.
Imogen Heap is great.
I have a very strange fantasy that one day I will be a HUGE jazz singer so I listen to that stuff a lot.
And then there's Kimya Dawson. She is just awesome because of the way she expresses herself and doesn't give a damn about what others think.
I hope you're proud of yourself buddy. Because of your little comment I just spent the last three hours searching for even more music to put on my playlist and watching music video on YouTube.
