Konichiwa, minna!
My name is Berry Shirayuki. My name means "Berry White Snow" in English. I am the leader of a group of endangered-species-infused super heroines called Tokyo Mew Mew!
I'm 12; My birthday is on January 5th.
I have light blond hair and brown eyes, but when I transform into Mew Berry, my hair turns almost white and my eyes turn red.
I live and go to school in Tokyo. I go to an exclusive all-girls school. I worked very hard to get in, especially after my teacher told me I wouldn't be able to. The reason is because I get to wear a super-cute uniform! Squee!! >w< My best friends at school are Sakurako and Kaoruko. They're very rich, unlike myself. My childhood friend came to my school once, despite the fact that he's male. His name is Tasuku Meguro. Ever since my mom died when I was very little, he hugs me every day. We have somewhat of a brother-sister relationship. He gets on my nerves, but sometimes he's really sweet. And maybe I'm starting to like him?!
I used to have a normal life, until I met Ryou Shirogane. When I tripped, he caught me. I ended up going to the place he works, Cafe Mew Mew... and suddenly two animals seemed to jump into my body - both a rabbit and a cat! I was told I had been infused with the DNA of both the Amami Black Rabbit and the Andes Mountain Cat, and that I was to be the new leader of a group of four girls called Tokyo Mew Mew! Later, the old leader, Ichigo Momomiya came back from England, and we became a group of 6 Mew Mews. The only people who know I am Mew Berry are the other Mew Mews, Ryou, Keiichiro Akasaka (Ryou's friend and Cafe Mew Mew's chef), and... Tasuku. I had to tell him. He's like my best friend~!
Together, the six of us defend the earth from our enemies, the Saint Rose Crusaders. Aside from saving the world, the other five Mews, Tasuku and I work at Cafe Mew Mew as waitresses... I wear a kawaii pink apron there while serving our customers with yummy pastries. Cafe Mew Mew is a very cute pink cafe on the outside, but it's really Tokyo Mew Mew's secret headquarters where Ryou and Keiichiro live and work.
Anyway, together, the other five Mew Mews and I work together to protect earth from domination by the Sait Rose Crusaders! When I'm not saving the world as Mew Berry, working at Cafe Mew Mew as a waitress, or going to school in cute uniform, I'm just a regular girl who loves collecting cute clothes, eating sweets, speaking French (my grandpa taught me!), and being hugged all of the time by Tasuku! =^w^=
