[ :: Two more weeks, my foot is in the door, yeah :: ]Welcome to the base of operations of the future of Pokemon, Cipher Neos! We are a team dedicated to developing technology that will steal Pokemon and make them your own with the aid of our Snag Machine v2. Using data gathered from the remains of a broken Snag Machine, we developed this! Our team is quick and ruthless, and will stop at nothing to achieve its goals! We will crush all who stand in the way and rule the world with our Pokemon from Orre to beyond! Join our ranks and witness the future!
Cipher Neos will have 4 admins, 3 commanders, but most of you will start as peons.
Cipher Neos uses any and all pokemon, as we use those of other trainers, it's a plus to be using pokemon obtained from a trade or GTS. You must have at least 3 pokemon obtained from a trade or from GTS to join.
CURRENT MISSION - "Stake your claim"
Find the perfect EV training ground for Attack, Sp. Attack, and Speed. May or may not be trainers. [ :: I can't sleep in the wake of Saturday... :: ]

hey can i join? i can`t decide between sand and blizzard teams sicne i`d have to use a certai npokemon to join...where as i here i can use any pokemon i want^.^

can I join/ I have only been whited out Diamond 2 times cuz I didn't bring enugh revives to the elete 4....

Well, if you want a direct mission, I can assign you one now. I still haven't decided on a nice EV training ground and if we have one, our team would be invincible.
