Hey there! There's a new character that was introduced in the latest chapter of Gakuen Alice! Her name's Luna. Here's what I've gathered so far.
Name: Luna Koizumi (aka, the most evil person on the planet)
Age: About 29 (Mikan's mother's age), is disguised as an 11 year old
Hair Color: Looks like a light blue or something similar.
Eye Color: Unknown
Alice: Soul Entrapping (Sucking): bites people on necks for it to work at full force, but even touching a person makes it work (like a vampire lolz)
Type of Alice: Life-Shortening (this may be true)
Class: Physical
Love Interest: No one (Pretends to like Natsume because she hates both Natsume and Mikan for some unknown reason)
Hobby: Making creepy/scary faces (xD) (And they keep getting scarier and scarier)
Personality: Appears to be a nice, sweet girl, but is after showing her true colors, is not. Very manipulative and mean.

Things We Know:
- Luna somehow knew Mikan and Natsume's moms.
- Luna hates Mikan
- Luna can make very scary faces (xD)
- She is working with ESP (it's a possibility he sent her)
- Her Alice has to do with biting people in their necks.
- Her Alice is Soul Entrapping
- She is Yuka's (Mikan's mother) age
- She was sent by the Academy to watch over Mikan (not in a good way)
- She knew Yuka personally
- Mikan can take Luna's alice out of the people whose souls she trapped with her stealing alice.
- She managed to get a bit of Mikan's soul trapped (not good)
- ESP told her to not hurt Mikan anymore
Things We Don't Know:
- HOW does Luna know Natsume's mom, who is dead?
- WHY does Luna hate Natsume and Mikan so much?
- IS Luna sent by the academy? Yes
- If so, WHO sent her? Persona? The elementary principal? Someone else? The Academy (namely ESP) sent her
- WHAT is Luna's Alice? Soul Entrapping (Sucking)
- DOES Luna have more than one Alice?
- WHY does Luna hate Mikan's mom so much?
- HOW is she looking like an 11 year old?
- NOW that she has some of Mikan's soul trapped, what will happen?
So we still have a lot to learn about Luna-san. xD
I'll add info as I get it.

One more thing, yes she likes Natsume.
She even managed to trade seats with Mikan.
(But there was a NatsuMikan moment, so it was worth it.
