Intro
Have you ever wondered what would happen if your RPCs from other roleplays met?
Well, now you can find out!

What's happened so far
All the characters in the story so far have arrived in Genesis, and are each trying to find something or someone different.
They are bascially in two teams, who are each on opposite sides of the lake. They think they see people, but aren't sure.
Mir has spoken to the boatsman, and found out that there are twenty-two people, and they all need to be gathered before the boatsman will take them to the island.

RULES

- Characters can all come from the same RP, or each be from different ones. They don't have to be from this guild. They can also come from dead RPs.
- You can play canons from other RPs if you want.
- Once characters are in Genesis, they can't leave unless they have an object, so keep that in mind.

- Please, take your time on profiles. Try playng characters you've played for a while, so that you know them well enough to know how they'd act in this situation.
- Somewhere within your first few posts as a new character, please have them finding the window into Genesis. I'll take care of how they find out the name of the world...

Storyline

In every world, there is a window to another. Each of the worlds where our characters come from has one to this one. However, one can only travel through from their own world, and can't go back, unless...
There have been rumors of special items, very rare ones, hidden throughout this world. There are at least four, and at the moment only four are known of by the locals:
-The Knife- (Chaos mystique - Mystic Chaos)- can cut through anything, even through to other worlds. This knife can only be used by someone who has, whether intentionally or accidentally, caused the death of themselves or someone else of their species. In other words, if you're a human and you killed another human, you can use it. If you're a human and you've only killed a cow, you can't.
The Chaos mystique is unique in the fact that it does not have a permanent form. It changes form according to the user. Its original, and true, form only appears in the hands of Hari/Krishna. This does not hinder its use by other people. If another person takes a hold of it, they can still use it to leave Genesis but it will not look like a sword. It tends to take the form of a knife with most people but has been known to take the form of other slicing weapons from time to time. The original form (and only in the original form) of Chaos Mystique has a mental connection to the user (Hari) and can sense the ownership of the other objects. It cannot, however, detect their exact location but Hari does not care about the locations of these people most of the time. Also, the Chaos Mystique can be called back to Krishna's side which prevents the sword from being stolen but because of Hari's personality, he tends to lend the sword to those able to use it.
-The Flute- (Chanson des anges - Song of the Angels)- if used properly, can control them minds of others, and can manipulate molecules to create a tear in space. This can be used by almost anyone, depening on your intentions when trying to use it. If you're using it simply to get to another world so that you or someone else can get home, it will work fine. If you only want to use it to hurt someone, it won't work. However, if by hurting that person, you're actually doing a good thing, it may still work. Basically, the flute has a consciousness allowing it to decide if the end justifies the means.
-The Mirror- (Lune de mercure - Quicksilver Moon)- can see what's happening anywhere in the world, and if used to look into another world, can teleport the user. It is believed that the mirror can only be used by those with really strong intentions and willpower, but its secret is (and to be clear, NOBODY knows this part of it) that it can be used by someone who is being used by someone else. So, really it's the willpower and intentions of the person using the person trying to use the mirror as well as those of the person being used. If the person's will falters whilst trying to use the mirror, it will make a portal, but not to where they want to go.
Someone with strong willpwoer can use the mirror to spy and teleport around Genesis. Only someone being used can use it to go to other worlds, or use it in other worlds.
-The Key- (Ouvrez le coeur - Open heart)- can open any door, even ones into other worlds. Works kind of like the knife, in that it finds openings (keyholes) in places where there really are none, like in mid-air. The key can only be used by someone who has suffered a great loss- a family member, a lover, a friend. If osmeone close to them has died, gone away, or abandoned them, they can use the key. The trick, though, is that they cannot use it whilst thinking of the person. If they have even the most miniscule thought about that person, the key won't take them where they want to go.

However, it's also been said that only certain kinds of people can use the objects, but what kinds can use which ones are yet to be known.
The people new to this world know nothing of these objects, but they must learn to get along, or at least get to know each other, before the locals will tell them anything.

The mirror is the only object that can take a user to a world other than their own and Genesis. In other words, using the knife, key, or flute, a person can only get to their homeworld, but they can go to a different one using the mirror.

Windsor
The Royal Family of Genesis has always been the Windsor family. Though throughout the years, there have been many changes in things such as a fuedal system and wars, the royal family is one piece of Genesis that does not change. If there are no male heirs, the eldest daughter becomes queen and her husband must take on the surname of Windsor. This tradition has been passed down throughout the ages and the family only marries people with tawny colored hair and blue eyes. The reason for this is because the first generation of Windsor is said to have been the child of Krishna and the first high priestess. This cannot be proven however and in order to keep the rumor of the family's origins, they try hard to keep the tawny hair of Krishna and the icy blue eyes of the first priestess.
In the last revolution, nearly 150 years ago, the Windsor family was nearly wiped out, only the youngest male heir surviving through the revolution. Though it has only been a century and a half since the last revolution, the current king is already a very corrupt man that seeks to keep his power for as long as he can. If the man is not taken out of power, Genesis is sure to have another war erupt soon.

Esterspring
The capital of the main continent of Genesis, Esterspring is split into two main sections. The east side of the city is considered a slum and a large fence splits it from the west side, where the 'better' class lives. East Esterspring is made mainly of concrete and has many of the factories that create basic materials and goods. There are many shops that have discounted prices but there are also many thieves in this part of the city. People from the west part of the city cannot enter the eastern part without a pass from city hall (and vice versa), which is split along the fence so the both sides have a city hall but it does not allow passage through halls. The western part of the city is vastly different in that it's full of flowering trees and a sweet aroma permeates throughout this part of the city. While the shops here are more expensive than those on the eastern side, the produce tends to be fresher and there is very little crime. The west side of the city also has the largest temple to Krishna on the continent.

Itacia
A port town on the shore of the sea that contains the island where people are sent when they first arrive on Genesis, Itacia acts as a welcoming committee of sorts. There are many inns and hotels, as well as shops. There is also a bank where currency from other worlds can be exchanged for gold, silver, and copper coins. It is one of the main trading centers of Genesis, and one of the richest cities.

Espona
The largest city in the cold tundra in the north, Espona is best known for its blacksmithing. The method that the blacksmiths use in Espona can create especially strong swords for those that do not live in the tundra. The ore that Espona buys from its sister city, Atlilia, is a special ore that cannot be broken when in temperate areas but turns into a silvery liquid when exposed to temperatures colder than -10 degrees F, which rarely occurs south of the LMR. Though Espona makes and transports these special weapons back to Atlilia, the blacksmiths in the city also make steel weapons and sturdy wooden bows for use north of the LMR.
Because of its location close to the Living Mountain Range, the city has large walls surrounding it to prevent Adrimh while magic barriers are put up nightly in order to prevent dragon attacks. Citizens are advised to stay indoors when the sunlight leaves and the moon rises since the barrier magic does not offer full protection from alpha dragons, which are more powerful than normal dragons though they are far less than normal dragons.

Parinene
The city located in between the "ears" of Tabbir Forest and south of the Iheb Forest, Parinene is famous for holding a large host of creatures in captivity. Even the lord of the city has a tropical-looking mansion that is kept warm enough to contain the unreal amount of Sernts that he owns. The current lord of the city is incredibly young but rarely allows many to have an audience to him. Magic is used to keep the center of the city looking, and feeling, like a tropical paradise at all times of the year. It is the center of the city that holds an extremely large zoo that contains many of the species in the Iheb Forest and the plains south of the Solar Scar. Towards the northern part of the city, there's another zoo that houses the animals that can survive the cold winters, including a few Adrimh, dragons, and Alpha dragons. The lords of Parinene have tried to get the stone animals of the Living Mountain Range transported to the city's zoo but have failed to transport them alive to the zoo. Many, if not all, of the citizens of Parinene have a decent amount of money and are extremely eccentric. There is always something different happening in Parinene, but there is a deadly competition that comes by every year where only one competitor survives.

Mercunias- Both a port town and a resort city, Mercunias is the most popular vacation city on the continent. While there are spots for fishing ships to dock, most of the shoreline is for those vacationing. The inns in Mercunias are nearly always full and one must book their stay at least one week in advance at almost all times of the year. Nobles of Genesis can usually be seen on a small island about five miles off the coast of Mercunias. Like the other cities that lie under the Solar Scar, Mercunias lacks four seasons and remains warm year round.

Atlilia

Solar Scar
The Solar Scar is an invisible line that runs about two miles south of Yllis. It is similar to Earth's Equator. Unlike the Equator, the Solar Scar's effects determine whether someplace is warm year round or has four seasons, aside from the cities that are beyond the Living Mountain Range. Any city or town south of the Solar Scar is guaranteed to be warm year round though some are stuck in a forever spring, some in an everlasting summer, and others in a mix of the two.
Mercunias, the southern half of Kelden, Itacia, Bolereos, Esterspring, and Corrim are all effected by the Solar Scar. Mercunias and Corrim have a summertime feel to them all year round though two months of the year are often plagued by hurricanes. Esterspring is contained in an eternal spring and often has flowering trees in bloom year round. The rainfall in Esterspring is higher than all other cities. Itacia, Bolereos, and the southern half of Kelden switched between the two seasons.

Living Mountain Range
The Living Mountain Range is the only mountain range on the continent and, aside from the mountain on the island of arrival, is the only place one will see a mountain. The Living Mountain Range gets its name partly from the stone animals that live on it. These animals are made completely of stone and act as the eyes of the mountain and are not afraid of flesh creatures. Though most are docile at all times, if one mines in the mountains or even if one creates a fire in the mountains, the animals will meld into the mountain and attack. Whether the animals have evolved to meld with the mountain or whether the mountain creates the animals is hard to know for sure. North of the mountains, the land is cast in an everlasting winter and has three towns and the city of Espona.
Dragons are commonly seen flying in the air around the mountaintops. These creatures have a large fang hanging from one side of their mouth, known to be exceedingly poisonous, and their arms appear to be collapsible wings while their legs are muscular with large taloned feet. While these creatures are incredibly smart and fairly aggressive, their eyesight is extremely poor during the day. Some of the researchers on the continent have found that a dragon's eye sees with sufficient intensity and daylight is much too bright for the creatures.
The top dogs in the dragon realm are the Alpha Dragons, which are a different subspecies from normal dragons. Alpha Dragons do not possess the fang that their cousins do, though they possess a mouth full of razor sharp teeth and can spit large amounts of acidic poison. This breed of dragon is completely untameable and look more like a mix of the traditional western and eastern dragons with four short limbs with sharp claws, a long slender body, a tail like that of the sharpest sword, and four to six sets of leathery wings on its back. They are completely blind and even lack eyes, using echolocation to find their way throughout the mountains. Though Alpha Dragons are extremely powerful and dangerous, those who face the animals with humble graces can be spared from a painful death.
On the north face of the mountain, there is a single species of flesh creature called the Adrimh. This creature is called a monster by most people on the continent due to the fatality rate when one meets the creature. After years of study, people have found that Adrimh are affected by a person's sin. Though how an Adrimh can sense a person's sin is still unknown, those who have sinned heavily are likely targets of the creature. Men are also known to be targeted more often than women or children. Most Adrimh have ash-white colored fur covering their entire body, a large mouth full of razor sharp teeth, and legs twice the length of their body. People are to be aware that Adrimh with coal-colored fur are exceedingly dangerous as they are older and have eaten a larger amount of sin than most other Adrimh, making them more agressive. Coal fur Adrimh will attack anyone and bounties are often put up against them in the northern cities.

Tabbir Forest
A forest that, from the sky, looks like a rabbit's head, the Tabbir forest is home to quite a few fuzzy creatures that are not found in the Iheb Forest and the plains of Genesis. The most common animal in the Tabbir Forest is, of course, the Tabbir. The Tabbir is a timid but docile creature about 2 feet tall when on all fours and about 4 feet tall when on its hind legs. Its fur is the softest on the planet and is often imported to Espona in order to make clothes for the nobles. The creature has short front legs and long feet as well as long ears. Aside from these rabbit-like features, it also has a long cat-like tail that wraps around and tears grass and tree leaves to put into its horse-like muzzle. Along with the Tabbir, there are deer-like creatures that are only half a foot tall and have stubs instead of antlers.
The grasses in the meadows of the forest are extremely sweet, even to humans, but leaves an incredibly bad aftertaste if consumed. Because of this, the grasses are often chewed on until it looses its taste then discarded. Other than the trees and the grasses that grow naturally on the land, the soil of the forest is rather bad for growing plantlife, which makes it so that farming is not an option.

Iheb Forest
A forest that looks like a snake's head with its eye gouged out, Iheb Forest is one of the few places where one can see a vast array of reptile species without being in Parinene. The most famous creature in Iheb Forest is the Sernts. Sernts are snake-like creatures that appear either pearl white or rainbow-colored with small wings with sparse feathers at first glance. Though the wings are not used to in flight, it seems that the wings do enable the animal to fly. When a Sernt's wing(s) are ripped off, the creature is unable to fly and eventually dies. If one takes a scale from a Sernt, one will find that all the scales of Sernts are translucent. While these creatures look like peaceful, docile animals, they are grow quite vicious once touched. They have small fangs at the bottom of their mouth that paralyzes muscles, including the heart. Sernts can often be found near the canopies, slithering in mid-air inbetween trees. Though Sernts are amongst the most poisonous reptiles in the Iheb Forest, many of the other reptiles are not poisonous and tend to ambush and/or constrict their prey. However, due to being north of the Solar Scar, the Iheb Forest tends to become very still in the winter, when all of the animals avoid freezing to death.

Uzx
A small town of archers in the Tabbir Forest, Uzx has always been run by so-called thieves. While they are called thieves, the citizens of Uzx act as equalizers, keeping the nobles from containing more than 75% of the continent's wealth. Nobles stay away from Uzx, not because it's run by thieves, but because Uzx does not use Genesis' currency. Instead, the town will trade nearly anything for food, clothes, and other items. Expensive cloths can be worth dirt while odd knick-knacks can be worth insane amounts of items. Everything depends on the person you're trying to trade from and what they want from you. This is the only town where one will not find a temple devoted to Krishna.

Background: Only Mickey and Larissa know her past, and only Mickey knows the full story. When Mickey was 5, he father- a demon- was taken away because the demons didn't approve of his marriage. They erased Mickey's mother's memory, but left Mickey because they didn't think she'd remember because she was so young. Mickey and her mother then went to live near Larissa's family, and everyone thought Mickey had her memory erased also- only Mickey knows the truth. She can't let anyone know that she remembers her dad, or else she fears the demons will erase her memory and she'll have to leave her friends behind for human life. Due to this fear, Mickey harbors a dislike for demons, but remembers her father to overcome it.
From 5 to 15, Mickey went to a human school. In the human high school and middle school she was an athlete and a cheerleader, so has good endurance and flexibility. This helps her in battle.
Personality: Flirty, happy-go-lucky. A bit manipulative and conniving sometimes. A lot smarter than she looks. Bored easily. Virtually unembarassable.
Fighting Bio: Mickey is an earth demon, so she can control nature. As mentioned before, she is flexible.

Other: She's half earth demon, half human. Her mother is in charge of staff at Larissa's parents' country club, so she spends a lot of time there with Larissa in the summer, and they are best friends. She doesn't act stuck up, though.

Age (or age they appear): 15
Background: Kaida's name, which means "little dragon" is a strange coincidence. Her mother named her before finding out that she was a zodiac. For some reason, only her father rejected her. It sometimes seems as though her mother pities her, but that's not true. Kaida met Yukio when they were both around 7 or 8-years old. They went to school together, both making sure the other didn'taccidentally get hugged, until one day, Kaida's best friend hugged Yukio. It was then that Kaida found out about her duty as the dragon, and had to erase her best friend's memories of the Shoga family. After that, she was more withdrawn and only spoke to Yukio and sometimes to the other zodiacs. In middle school, Yukio told her he loved her, and she said she loved him back. Kisei found out, but Kaida took all the blame without telling Yukio, and he only found out once she was in hospital. Kaida asked him to stop loving her for both of their own safety. Over the recent summer, Kaida has become a lot more outgoing, and less dependent on Yukio, but they are the best of friends.
Personality: Knows how to take care of herself most of the time, and doesn't like to be a burden on others. Assertive, but not always. With punishments, Kaida is usually the one who tries to take credit and save someone else from being hurt. Kaida keeps Yukio out of trouble when she can, and is used to dealing with her best friend. Kaida doesn't like to erase memories because it brings back her own memories from when she was little. Despite herself, Kaida can sometimes get caught up in her emotions, which usually gets herself or others in trouble.
Fighting Bio: Has no specific fighting skills, but could probably hold her own against someone not-so-tough. More of a negotiator or a planner. Hypothetically, her memory-erasing abilities could be used.

Background: Bara and her brother Kyle lived in Russia all thier lives with thier mother thier Father a Shoga died from cancer. Unlike most parents of the zodiac both parents adored both children thier Mother loved it when they would trasform becuase Crystal thier mother loved animals. When Bara's and Kyle's father died Crystal thought it best if her children lived closer to the other cursed children and thus moved to Japan where all there now live in the mian house. Ofcorse though Bara and Kyle came for new years and that how bara became friends with Nariko from haveing danced with her that one year but other then that Bara and Kyle never really spent time with the other animals or the head or anyone else for that matter till now
Personality: Has recently been very bitter and angery, but she is still relativelynavie, optimistic, head strong, mood swind prone, and careing
Fighting Bio: Bara has been takeing boxing, kick boxing, tai chi, yoga, and tai kwon do since she was 5 so you would think she's a good fighter but becuase she doesn't think things though and just charges in she often gets hurt easily and loses more then half the time

Background: Nariko is the result of her mother, a shoga geting raped. For Nariko being with her mother was hard but things got wrose when they found out that she was possessed by the rat. Nariko's mother was horrifed and was so covinced that her daughter was some kind of devil child. That Nariko was the result of the man who raped her's sins. In the end Nariko's mother killed herself, but before that she had another child Hohemi Nariko's baby brother. Hohemi has cared for Nariko even though his mother hated her and he trys to protect her best he can. Nariko and her brother are half siblings. Background: When she was little, Larissa was kind of a child prodegy, having somewhat mastered flying and water manipulation at a young age. But, because of this, she lost a good friend through family arguments, and has barely spoken to the girl since. A few years later, she met Mickey, and they ended up becoming best friends. However, Larissa went to a fairy school while Mickey went to a human one. They joined Demon High the same year, a couple months apart. Larissa's parents are really rich; they own various mansions and a very large country club, and as their only child, she's the heir to it all. However, she doesn't like to show off, or let anynoe know, so she dresses down, mostly in jeans and t-shirts, or sweatpants.
Personality: A little passive, sometimes shy. When she decides she likes/dislikes someone, she usually keeps that opinion forever or at least for a long time. Tends to get embarassed easily.
Fighting Bio: Larissa manipulates water, and usually can't create it out of thin air. The only time she does, she has to sacrifice one third of her stamina/power/whatever you want to call it. Her mainly used move is making the water spin and hit the opponent, in a sort of flicking motion. She can also freeze the water so taht it's like daggers. One of her mroe rarely used moves is trapping the opponent in a sphere of water (kinda stolen from Zabuza on Naruto =P) and, rarer still, freezing the water whilst the opponent is encased. However, they won't die as the freezing puts them in suspended animation until they thaw or the ice is broken. Her powers are more for short-length fights, and a variety of ranges. They're best used to escape than to defeat. She can fly, of course, and is very good at it.

Background: Apollo comes from a rather large family, even for the people on his world. His father has married three times, the first two wives dying from different accidents. The first wife gave birth to a son, the second wife to two daughters and a son (which happened to be Apollo,) and the third wife having recently given birth to a daughter. With so many females in the family, Apollo has had to learn how to deal with hissy fits and crying fits for most of his life and has become quite tolerant of women in general.
At the age of 10, he was introduced to the old sage that had the moon mirror. While his father was hoping to inherit the mirror from the old man, in which he was unsuccessful with his first son, Apollo wasn't interested in the least. Name: Krishna "Hari" Devaraja

Background: There is a bunch of mystery behind the hold of the Chaos mystique, a man that is only known as Hari Devaraja to the people of Genesis. No one is sure as to how old the man is and only know that he has somehow retained his youthful look throughout the ages. People have tended not to question this, the man always giving some sort of outrageous reasoning when asked about his parents, siblings, or elongated life. On top of dodging questions, the man has a strength and cunning that, when combined in use, is unmatched. As Hari, he rarely interferes with the government's policies and the people who run Genesis. Though he is not recorded as having done anything particularly noteworthy, he has started many governmental overthrows when it becomes too corrupt. These scuffles with the government are acredited to people who worked closely with the man. He has worked hard to keep his name from being put into history books aside from being unrealistically older than everyone else.
Though no one knows, in the history books, he has been written down as Krishna Devaraja, the creator of Genesis and its protector. He has never confided this to anyone native to Genesis, but has been known to tell departing people that were headed to back to their own world using the Chaos mystique. Though his name implies that the "god" has crow-like qualities, Krishna actually has large dark gray crow wings that appear when he wills it or when he's been badly injured. If his wings are out while the darker emotions are strongly flowing through him, his wings do take on a shiney black color but the black wings are only talked about in history books (and it is exceedingly rare for Hari to show his wings.)

Background: Keara is not from Genesis. She came from another world when she was about five with her mother. The woman vaguely remembers her home world, but two things that are clear in her mind are her father and her older brother. Keara is not sure why her mother left them; her mother refused to talk about it. It never occurred to her that she could ever see them again, until she was about fifteen. She overheard two travelers in town talking about magical items that could take someone from Genesis to another world. Keara suddenly became very interested in these items, and started reading old stories mentioning them, and trying to learn as much as she could. When Keara turned 16, she left her hometown in search of Ouvrez le coeur, the key. Though she knows little about the items- not much is recorded and there are many contradictory rumors- she is positive that she'll be able to find it and see her father and brother once more, and find out what really happened to drive her mother away.
Keara has been traveling for the past three years. In order to get what she needed to survive, the girl became a bandit. However, she only takes from those who obviously have more than enough. She never steals from children or the elderly, and tries to avoid hurting people when possible. Nonetheless, she has to be careful about where she goes; some towns have rewards up for her capture. She never stays in the same place for more than a few days, and doesn't get close to people because of this.
Personality: Tomboyish, tough, fun-loving, wild, but serious when need be, self-sufficient, resourceful, cheerful, a bit short-tempered at times.

Fighting Bio: Very sneaky and fast. Always has a small dagger on her person, usually kept in a sheath on her waist. Good at ambushing, which tends to give her an advantage. She won't take on an opponent who is clearly stronger than her. She can use a bow, but doesn't make a habit of carrying one around. No magic; only physical attacks.

Background: Many years ago, ancestors of Holt and his Clan found their way into Genesis. They looked for no way out of this 'new land', and eventually breed there and formed a new Clan that has continued to breed. Their species has adapted since then to live on both the mainland and on the island, and they travel between the main land and the island cyclically though the year.
Holt's generation is the 12th since his ancestors came to Genesis. His parents rank middle-class within the clan, and Holt is training alongside his two sisters to be Hunters. He often wanders out of camp on his own or with one of his sisters to see what's about and happening. He doesn't know why the Council has tried to keep a tight grasp over what goes on, and wonders why.
Personality: Curious, adventurous, tries to keep his cool (sometimes failing, but always being in denial about it), may act before he thinks
Occupation: Hunter-in-training (helps catch food for his Clan, but is not old enough yet to have the full title of the job)
Fighting Bio: Ever since he was a young child, Holt has trained with his sisters and the other children his age in the Clan's own fighting style. He fights with his teeth and claws, as well as his knife. Holt has average strength for his age, and is relatively fast, but faster on four legs than he is on two. When on four legs, Holt can't use his knife, but can climb trees more easily.

Name: Ruarc Flynn
Age (or age they appear): 17
Background: Ruarc grew up in the city of Mercunias with his parents and older brother. His father was a merchant, and was often travelling as far as Siborion in the north, or Flyt in the east. When Ruarc was about ten, his father had to go to Espona for business. However, Ruarc's father was a sinful man, and had often cheated people out of money, and cheated on his wife whilst on business trips. While he was in the mountains, he was attacked and killed by an Adrimh. Upon hearing of the man's death, Ruarc's mother- who still believed him to have been faithful and good- didn't believe it. In the middle of the night, she left without telling her children. While she was searching for her husband, she was killed by a dragon.
Ruarc spent the majority of his childhood with his older brother. With little to no parental influence, Ruarc became rather rude and rebellious. His entire life he heard rumors of other worlds and items that could take one there, but he never believed them, not once. When Ruarc was about 14, his brother, who was seven years older than him, left for Esterspring to become a priest of Krishna. Though he wouldn't admit it aloud, Ruarc felt abandoned by his brother. He's too proud to go visit him in Esterspring, even though he wants to.
As he got older, Ruarc matured a little, becoming less loud and rebellious. Another thing he won't tell anyone is that, because of the way his parents died, he is terrifired of the Living Mountains. When his father died, Ruarc, his mother, and his brother were left a lot of money. Because his mother died, too, and his brother became a priest, Ruarc ended up with all the money. Surprisingly, he spends it wisely.
Personality: Rude, but in a more subtle fashion than when he was younger; stubborn, carefree to a fault, determined, proud, serious on occasion, and doesn't like to lose.

Name: Nate Conwy
Age / Age Appear: 17 / early 20's
Background: Nate was not born in Siborion, but it was the place he called home until he was about 14 years of age. It is unsure as to where the boy came from exactly since, as a newborn, he was discovered by the widow that raised him in a snowstorm, half way between Espona and Siborion. During the time, the boy was dared by the other village boys to snatch the Ouvrez le Coeur and hide it when the high priest was not looking. The boy succeeded in getting his hands on the key and nearly had it hidden when the adults found out about it. When the adults attempted to take the key back from him, the stubborn boy threw the precious item into the Living Mountain Range. Though many of the villagers were furious with the boy, he got off with only a few days in the small prison.
The few months after leaving the prison, however, Nate was the subject of much public hate from the men in the town. It eventually got so bad that the boy retaliated one night, killing several men. This crime could not be overlooked as the first was, and he was banished from not only the village but all of the villages in the north. Nate, too headstrong for his own good, refused to go past the Living Mountain Range to live a more comfortable life. In a way, he knows that he would always be branded a murderer despite having a justified case. For 3 years, the boy has lived within the Living Mountain Range and robbing from the cities of Espona and Atlilia, along with merchants that are transporting weapons and ore. Though he has robbed the men of weapons and odd miscellaneous items, the boy usually only takes food. The three years of living within the mountains may have helped to create his slightly older appearance though it could also be his height.
Living with the dangers in the mountains as long he has, many merchants hail him as inhuman. Oddly enough though, Nate has been accepted into the mountain's system and has gone through trouble, and immense danger, to tame some of the dragons on the mountain. Though he has been able to tame an extremely small amount of the dragons (3-4) on the mountain, he has only recently been able to mount one of them. The dragon that he can mount is completely blind in one eye, having it gouged out by another dragon during a fight. All of the dragons that Nate surrounds himself with know his scent and still retain their poisonous fang. The fangs are used to make antidote from time to time, not being able to completely keep from being scratched by unfamiliar dragons.
Though he was not looking for it, two years ago, Nate came across the key that he had tossed and has it hidden in the cave system that he has made his home. The key is hidden deeply in the cave system and he has taken precautions to keep wandering people from taking it from the "room" that it's hidden in. There are an assortment of traps throughout the room and the key is not hidden in plain sight. The key is hidden behind a hard to find section of the cave wall that has to be tipped over and pulled out before one can get the key.
*SPOILERS*
Nate's true birth name is Nathanael Windsor. As his surname implies, Nathanael is the child and sole male heir of the royal family in Genesis, where the castle is located in Esterspring. Though, by blood, he has several sisters, he knows of none of them. Several priests had spoken shortly before his birth, saying that a male heir would create horrible chaos for Genesis. The king had every intent of killing his son if and when the boy came. Fortunately, or unfortunately, for Nathanael, his mother (the queen) was in Espona at the time of his birth. Fearing for the boy and the king, the woman hushed the nurses by telling them that she would kill the boy herself and abandoned the boy in the middle of the tundra. Before leaving him in the tundra though, the woman had carved 'Nate' into his back with a dagger, which ended up as a scar until he was 6 and a half. The name that he uses comes from the scar that was on his back. His mother prayed to Krishna that her son would somehow survive, despite the horrible conditions that she gave him. As far as Nathanael knows, he was left for dead, and hates whoever the heck his parents are.
Personality: extremely headstrong, hates to admit that he's wrong, resourceful, tends to think spur of the moment instead of ahead, a little stoic from not talking to humans in a while, seems distant and unfeeling but is incredibly in tune to another's emotions, hates whoever left him for dead as a baby
Occupation: Thief / Crown Prince
Fighting Bio: Fast and tends to spring from place to place instead of trying to stay in one place. Tends to use the terrain to his advantage and is not afraid of baiting dragons over, even if they're going to try to attack him as well. Does better with night attacks though he commonly does day attacks. Self-taught with swords and daggers. Is more effective with using swords though he can use daggers at an acceptable level.

Pets: If you can call them pets: 2 female dragons that are hard to distinguish from all the other dragons on the LMR, 1 male dragon mount that's missing an eye, and a rebellious male dragon that he's attempting to tame

Knowledge of Objects?: The location of the Ouvrez le Coeur (the key) but not much else about any of the items

Name: Rian Iorwerth
Age: 17
Background: Rian was the youngest son of the last lord of Parinene and was never supposed to gain the title of lordship over the city. He had four older brothers and an older sister who each took the title for approximately 3-7 days before eating something that was had poison in it and passing away. No one has been able to prove it, but the youngest son of the lord had killed his siblings with poison using those who worked under him. No one is quite sure how Rian became so intent on becoming the lord of Parinene, the male having no interest in it, even after becoming the lord. Truth be told, Rian cares almost not at all to the situation of Parinene, only wanting the Lord’s manor for his Sernts.
The only thing that the teenager gets very excited for is reptiles, gaining his love for the cold-blooded beasts from his grandfather. He has even gone so far as to make a law where his favorite reptile, the sernt, would not be harmed least someone wish a death. His palace is even filled with the reptiles, and fatalities are constantly happening to new recruits who do not know how to deal with both the fickle lord and his reptiles. The other people, who work within the Lord’s manor, know not to even attempt moving or touching one of the reptiles, even if they need to. The only person that any of the reptiles in the manor will let touch them is Rian. Many people are not allowed an audience with Rian unless they have an invitation to see him or if they bring a splendid present for either himself or one of his pets.
Personality: fickle, quick to anger, stubborn, proud, easy to please, ill-tempered
Occupation: Lord of Parinene
Fighting Bio: He has excellent swordsmanship though only his swords teacher really knows about it. He would rather order people to do his dirty work rather than getting blood on his own hands.
Siblings: 4 brothers and a sister (all older), all siblings deceased from poisoning
Pets: Many Sernts and other reptiles

Other: He knows a little bit of magic, but not enough to fight with. Also, out of all of the children of his father, he was the only one with a different mother and was often isolated from his siblings. He spent most of his time with his grandfather until the old man died.
Knowledge of Objects?: Names of all the objects and a little bit about how to use them but it’s all based on what his father spoke about them
Use of Objects?: The knife, having killed off many people. The mirror, all of his willpower goes into what he wants to do.

Age (or age they appear): 18
Background: Fae was the result of an unwanted, teenage pregnancy. Her mother was four years younger than Fae is now when she became pregnant by her boyfriend. Her mother and father were both living in Kelden at the time, but they didn’t think they could handle a baby. Being very religious, neither of Fae’s grandparents approved of children from unmarried parents (no matter the age). Abortion was not an option to them, either.
So when Fae was born, she was dumped over at her great-grandmother’s cottage on the shore in Mercunias. Her parents promised to pick her up when they were mature enough and married. So far neither Fae’s mother or father have returned to Mercunias (not even for a vacation or visit).
Despite being raised properly by her single great-grandmother, Fae has longed to meet her mother and father. She never really got along with the older woman for this reason, and always complained about wanting to meet her parents as a young girl. She rebelled against the older woman, trying to get away with being disobedient as much as possible. Some of these actions labeled Fae almost as a ‘freak’ to the rest of the town, but the girl could care less.
At age 14, Fae traveled to Kelden in search of her mother and father. The girl searched around the city, asking people if they knew them, but she got no results. The girl was more disgruntled than she could have ever imagined at the time, and so she returned back to Mercunias.
Today, Fae suffers no grief or angst, but still prefers to do things her own way.
The girl likes to think of her choices in things as ‘unique’ rather than ‘freakish’, but she’s not bothered enough to make them change their opinion on her. Whoever else fits the current classification of a ‘freak’ or ‘rebel’ in Mercunias, though, Fae would consider her friend.
Personality: Rebellious, blunt, speaks her mind
Occupation: None.
Fighting Bio: Fae doesn't know any fighting skills, nor own any weapons. She doesn't like physical fighting (she'd much rather a verbal argument).
Siblings, if any: None.
Pets, if any: None.

Other: Fae is not married off like most girls her age.
Knowledge of Objects?: Like every child, Fae has listened to the stories and fairy tales about the objects. That's all she knows of them, though.
Use of Objects?: If Fae ever got her hands on an object, she would be able to use all of them except for the Key (she never knew her parents, so it wouldn't be considered losing them) and the Knife (obviously, the girl has never killed anybody). But since she is native born in Genisis, the only item that would really be useful to her is the Mirror.

(Note: Since Misao is the only one who can see her shinigami it's going to always seem like a one-sided conversation)

"I'm going out!" Misao called as she put on her shoes, holding onto her messenger bag and making sure that her ipod was safely attached to her side. Those were the two things that she always had with her and her mother always suspected that she was going to cram school. Of course, Misao had been ditching those classes for a while now.
"Where do you think we're going?" she asked her shinigami, glaring at the air above her as she closed the door. The girl headed out towards the cram school, ducking into an alley as she usually did. "What do you mean something's not right? It's not like you're going to tell me, right? So don't say useless things," the girl spoke softly, feeling the rain starting to fall. Little did she know that only this particular alley way was it raining. As she approached the end of the alley, there should have been a broken wall, but instead, there was a pure white window. The girl pushed some of her steel colored hair out of her face as she looked towards the air again with confusion on her face. "If you say that then you know I'm going to do it... Besides, what's a window doing out here? It doesn't even show what's really behind it..." the girl spoke once again before opening the window and ducking into the window.

"I don't want to get in trouble with my mom," Larissa explained in an even tone.
"We won't get in trouble!" the half demon pushed, letting go of Larissa's arm. "We'll just go in for, like, a peek. That's all."
