Hello, and all that jazz! mrgreen
I'm Akitainu7, but you can call me Aki (everyone else seems too...)! I live in Alberta, Canada, "the true north, strong and free", as the Anthem goes. Unfortunately, I haven't lived anywhere other that Alberta, Alberta, at my computer, and inside my head, but I very much LOVE to travel! I've seen California and a teeny-tiny piece of Mexico, as well as a few of the provinces here in Canada. Where would I love to go? EVERYWHERE! The world is my backyard! I want to see EVERYTHING!
Now, interests and hobbies! Oh, gosh, where do I begin!? Well, I love art in all of its forms. I fancy myself quite the artist as it is. I dabble in literature, visual arts, dance, music, and martial arts. I write novels, as well as poetry and some song-writing. I draw (including just-for-fun work, as well as architectural design), and occasionally paint and sculpt. I have a massive interest in architecture, and also history. I have 14 years of dance behind me, including tap, jazz, and ballet. I play the piano, and the acoustic, the electric, and the bass guitar. I am currently a Blue Belt in TaeKwon-Do, but will have my Black Belt within two or three years, depending on whether or not I can squeeze private lessons out of Corey and Cara. 3nodding That makes up the majority of my interests, but I am also a Phantom Phan, meaning that I am one baby-step short of being thrown into an insane asylum. xd Figuratively, of course. I am also an avid collector of all things Asian. Oh, and I do very much like anime!
And that about sums it up, aside from my fondness for muscle cars and video games... mrgreen

I've lived here my whole life and my travels are Mexico and Sweden, and a lot of the US.
I want to go to Germany, Argentina, Italy, France, and Spain.

My Gaian Name: Squiddish. You can call me anything even remotely 'Squid' related. I've had things as simple as Squid, to just as complex as Squiddiewashington. I answer to anything everything!
Where I Live: I live in the nice, little 'ole, boring state of Illinois. :]
Places I Have Lived & Or Traveled To: I have traveled to almost all of the states except those more towards the Eastern coast.
Places I Would Like To Go: I would absolutely LOVE to go to Australia at some point in my life. Although I would never want to actually live in a foreign country, I'm perfectly fine just going there for a honeymoon or vacation.
Interests/Hobbies: So many? How can I fit them all. Well, I love to write. I write like crazy. In fact, I've done NaNoWriMo once and this month I'm doing a letter challenge thing, where you have to write one letter a day for the full month.
I love music. Mostly 80s or Christian. Country's good too. Nothing rap.. modern whispering tone type of stuff they play on the radio now. (I think it's crap.. if you like it.. I'm sorry for you.) Music is amazing, nonetheless. I'm always listening to something.
I like graphic design; it is actually my major, currently...
