ok last year around easter i had a party, and i invited friends from sixform and uni along. at the party we all got drunk and two of my friends leo and melissa ended up having sex.
Two weeks after the party i got a phone call from my friend liz saying that melissa's dad had just phoned her and that melissa was in hospital and had collapsed from taking cocaine.
A few weeks after that call i got a call from melissa'a dad saying that my friend leo had drug raped melissa. After this phone call i phoned up everyone who was at the party and told them what was going on and they all said that they thought it was just an irrate father anonyed that somebody had slept with his daughter.
So from then on i took that line of reasoning as thats what it looked like to me to. Mel's dad continued to phone me up with the accussations every few weeks demanding to know leo's details like address and stuff which i refused to give him, i started to get really upset about this and in the end went to the police station to make a statement bout the party and report her father for harrasment. after that the phone calls stoped and we thought that he had given up and carmed down.
Two days ago i got a call from melissa's dad with the same accussations and said that the police where involed and that i had lied to him last time he called when i said we had gone to the police so again i went to the police and they said they don't have any information on the case.
i haven't been able to speak to melissa since the party and i only have her fathers word as prove at the moment and i don't know what to believe.
can anyone give me any advice on the situation ?

oh my, this is a messy situation!
i have to say the main problem with this situation is the ages of the people involved. Because the PARENT has stepped in and over-ridden everything. once that happens it's often impossible to get the whole story out of anyone because irate parents are the very worst for wanting to hear anything, they're way too busy laying blame elsewhere.
why haven't you been able to speak to the girl? will the father not let you? or is she refusing?
if he seriously wanted to press charges again Leo he could do it though the school surely? you would not be his sole way of finding out who Leo was.
And is this Melissa the kind to get herself into trouble? i mean COCAINE!
if he'd raped her after spiking her drink with Rohypnol or something similar she could have got tested for that at the time, to have a Father make these accusations some time(4 weeks) later makes me think that she's told him that to cover her own back neutral
school kids get drunk at parties and have sex with inappropriate people, it's almost a rite of passage, if after the event you can't deal with it, or face the parental consequences that doesn't make it ok to start screaming rape. if you're all 6th form and above she should be old enough to see that sleeping with this Leo was her choice, regardless of how drunk she was, and she needs to face the consequences herself.
i'm afraid i think this Melissa is not a very nice girl, i'm aware that i may be misjudging her hugely, but anyone who's irresponsible enough to take drugs doesn't rate very high in my book.
you make no more mention of Leo in this, what does he have to say about this situation?
