All tribe members are a follower ("din") of some diety or belief.

Universally they are followers of the sand (Din d Ra). This was shortened to Raidin to name Kansa d Ra's native people.

Natives of Kansa d Ra place a lot of importance in their names, with the one they are given having some significance relating to their appearance, behavior, or other circumstances during their birth. Their last names are usually their tribe name (such as d Lelai or d Tundraggdinsi), but there might be exceptions if you or I can come up with them. ;b

It's not required by any means, but if you want to give your d Kan character an "authentic" name and you don't want to wrack your own brain over it, you can post here and ask for a few suggestions! :D It's totally free, and I'll get it to you as soon as I can.

If you want to create your own name, check the wordbank below and mix and match accordingly. XD If you see a word you need that isn't there, then just let me know (or suggest). We can also take a pre-existing name and alter it to fit the Yukan language.

Yukan Character Name Form
HAY, NAME MY CHARACTER PLZ.

My character's species is... ((Usually going to be a Raidin, but other species live in Kansa d Ra and are part of tribes, don'tcha know.))

My character's gender is... ((Optional; probably wouldn't make a difference.))

I'd like the name to mean something along the lines of... ((optional; if you have ideas put them here.))

Anything else? Ref pics, stuff you don't want, etc., etc.

What is the basic grammar structure of this language? I would base it primarily off of inui or soix... or some other native american language...

English: (preposition, ) NownPhrase VerbPhrase (IndirectObjectPhrase) (DirectObjectPhrase) (preposition)

((I gave him money. The red cat vomited ferociously in the bathroom. ))

EG: Spanish swaps adjectives with nouns.

-and maybe some tense pre/suffixes and pronouns... and, my favorite, word type modifiers: (v>n)Thrower/painter, (adj>n)toughness/blackness (v>adv) thickly/viciously, (n>adj) phalic/musical (v>adj) jumpy/lazy, (adj>v) toughen/weaken, (n>v) mousify/granulate... with the way you have it set up, you can have it normally be assumed that the word type is decipherable from context, and otherwise explicitly spelled out with a prefix/suffix....
