I find Meilin-chan extremely annoying. She is way too clingy with Syaoran and her voice and laugh...ugh! I can't stand her! Anyone agree, or can anyone find any reason that she isn't annoying?

She's annoying in a slightly cute stalker-ish way. I don't know... she amuses me for some reason. I think it's because of the way her and Syaoran react around each other. It's funny. And she is a really cool person sometimes, she just has many annoying moments.

Meling is my favorite character in the entire show! (but i agree, she does get kinda annoying) xd

She has her moments where she is important, I grant you. Like in episode 35. Without her, Sakura-chan wouldn't have given Yukito-san that little plushie of himself!

if we're talking about english . . . then they're all annoying. and of course she's clingy . . . they were supposed yo get married until the second movie came around. I like Meilin. She's a good person at heart. She's just competitive.

At first I didn't like her, but then she grew on me, so I don't dislike her anymore. She was an important character in the anime, and I think that it was in part because of her clingyness that Syao-kun realized he loved Saku-chan! 3nodding

She was clingy, and ridiculous. Too whiney for my tastes. I probably would've liked her more if she had been in the manga, but the fact that she was a creation of Madhouse, and not CLAMP was just... an extra annoyance.

I think half the reason she's anoying is because she was just made for the anime, and not really in the manga. I don't find her that that annoying, in a matter of fact I thing she's sorta like Kargura from Fruits BAsket with Kyo blaugh

Haru-dono I think half the reason she's anoying is because she was just made for the anime, and not really in the manga. I don't find her that that annoying, in a matter of fact I thing she's sorta like Kargura from Fruits BAsket with Kyo blaugh That and she seemed to have enough energy to light a small city at some points... I'm neutral on Meiling, really.

She may be annoying and seem too hyper, but I must admit that it was partly because of her that Sakura was able to confess her love to Syaoran(by getting Syaoran to go to Tomoeda).

And of course she's clingy- you try having a...person you really love alot.... get all blushie around Sakura and her always so nice, it must of been, well, hard on her. I mean, she's only clingy cause she loves him, and thats something good.... WA! I WANNA BE WITH SYAORAN AND CLING TO HIM AND STUFF TO! gonk ( I love Syaoran WAY to much)
