Here's a big question. Anime vs. Manga.
Post here your thoughts, feelings, opinions, everything! ^__^

I think the manga is a lot more detailed and really fills in the little details. One can also appreciate the artwork a lot more and read it over and over again ^______^. I myself found more humour and more hints in the different romances (there were a lot more hints in the first season manga of Syaoran+Sakura than in the anime first season...)
BUT! The anime was awesome too. I saw the anime before I heard of the manga and it absolutely stunned me. Seeing the action come alive and in colour is always magical, not to mention it was my first 'real' anime (I mean, unless you count Pokemon xD, and a few loose chapters of Sailor Moon when I was like 4). And there were a LOT more chapters <33.
But the ending left it hanging and unless you saw the second movie, I guess one couldn't rest in peace...

Ok, so I love them both, but because I watched the anime first, I like that better. That's the way it always is with me.
Both were absolutly fantastic. The anime was beautifully drawn and animated, and CLAMP is always fantastic.
However, you do get a little more stuff in the manga than you do in the anime. You get the story how it was originally intended to be.
The second movie made me cry... crying
It was so cute, and sad, and happy at the same time. I got confused. XP

I like the anime a little better just because it had more cards and more of a story. I wish that they would have changed the card pics in the anime thought like they did in the manga.

I have to say both. The manga seemed more of a summary though... and I wish Meilin was in the manga! The anime was the extended version!

I really like both the anime and the manga. It's really quite rare that the anime has lived up to it's expectations. I usually think mangas are better than animes but with the anime, there's a lot of cutestness and the plot is followed pretty close to the manga only to add more cards!

I just cant choose!!! I really like the manga (it was my first XD) but the anime was my first too! (well, cardcaptors was, but it was still amazing!!!) I really liked the first movie. 3nodding

i definatley like the manga better
because the anime was so american-ized to make it
appleal to KIDS in the states
if you watch the uncut anime
its so much better and cuter ( with li and sakura stuff i mean)
it pretty much tearned into salior moon .... bleh

Anime, it's just well I dunno. Colored, you see the movements, it's like you're really there.
