Because having Xerxes be abused by the females and their non-cannon mind reading powers of dooooooom was fun.
Now, because this is AU, anything and everything that happens here will not be referenced in the main RP. Meaning if Xerxes gets demoted down to Omega in this (which is extremely likely, considering his attitude) it will have absolutely no effect on the main RP, and he will still be Alpha there.
Who can post:
Anrea with Xerxes, and possibly Altair
Ninetails4 with Chaos
Tawariell with Adurna
Luana_Blodwyn with Misaen, possibly Calix, and maybe Brann.
Watch if you want, but, as I said, what happens here has no basis on the main RP, so don't go referencing events that happened here, because they technically never happened. 'Kay? 'Kay!

He didn't like that tone of voice. The Queen sounded angry. And she was summoning him. Which meant that whatever was going to happen would be bad. Very bad.
He bowed to her, deeply and respectfully, instead of the normal half-bow, which was technically all he needed to do, being the top Alpha, but the Queen was in a bad mood, and he was not going to take his chances.

Well, that was certainly the most...interesting request he had had from her yet. He wondered what she had done to her head, to come up with such an idea. He wondered if she would bother to respond to the thoughts he was sure she was reading or not.
He thought he was going to make himself sick if he kept up this act. It wasn't doing him any good, when she could read his thoughts, but at least this way she wouldn't have reason to punish him. His thoughts weren't his fault, after all.

He resisted the urge to sigh in frustration. Barely. Maybe the Queen had hurt her head in training...Maybe someone would overhear, and they would start a vote that a new Queen was needed...Oops, shouldn't have thought that one. Now he was really going to get it. Stupid females, stupid mind reading powers.
He might as well continue with the farce, anyway. He was going to get in trouble if he didn't, no matter how much he hated it.((I am so not is his head today. :Gonk: ))

((That was the intended point...Did I forget to mention that in the first post? gonk )) He had been hoping that she had forgotten about those flips. Damphousse were not creatures that were meant to do flips--it exposed just about every vulnerable area on the body, and he did not want to be in such a position of weakness, especially around the crazed Queen.

Stupid females. Stupid, insane females. He couldn't think of how he was going to get out of doing the flip, and he wasn't doing that well at distracting her.
Really, out of everything that he had been forced to do in her service, this was the worst by far.
He wondered what would happen if he just didn't do it. Probably something painful. If the Queen was demanding something like this from him, what sort of punishment would she use if he didn't listen?

Just in time Adurna wondered into the cave they were at. She looked Xerxes with a smile. She asked bowing low and smirking at Xerxes as if to tell him that was how he should act towards their Queen. That an she was mocking him.

((Glad to see I'm doing such a good job of corrupting the youth. 3nodding You could be my evil little sister, or something!)) He hated the system. He really really hated it. He hated the fact that the Queen could demote him for such a stupid reason. He hated how the Queen held absolute power, and he hated how no one could challenge that power. The system, where the males were concerned, was fine. But the system when applied to the females...That had to change. Somehow.
It looked like he had no choice. The Queen wasn't being distracted from her insane want to see him do a flip.
It was only through years of practicing keeping his emotions hidden that prevented him from growling at her. If she bothered to read his mind, as he was sure she would, it wouldn't be hard for her to find exactly how low his opinion of her had gotten.
But still, she was the Queen, and he had no choice. He did the damn flip.
