I'm Anicia, and I've been to two Anime Detours thus far--2005 and 2006. I'm certainly planning on coming this year, as well, if everything goes as planned. :3

Hallo.
I'm PirateEire... or just Pirate... or just Eire (said: era), or Nikole, or Nikki, or whatever the hell you want to call me. I've gone to all three Detours thusfar. In 2004, I was Utena, and... I hated my wig so I never, ever, ever wore it. My girlfriend and I were dragged onto stage during the masquerade, because everyone thought we should have entered... Despite the fact this was our very first cosplay ever.
In 2005, I was Chloe from Noir. My girlfriend had a series of costumes. She was bride Kurai from Angel Sanctuary, and Alexiel from Angel Sanctuary. She also wore her Anthy again. This was the first time I ever entered a masq. biggrin Didn't win anything, but meh.
In 2006, I was summoner Yuna, and my girlfriend was Lulu. We both entered the masq as a walk-on, and won judge's choice for journeyman. We were happy. ^.~

Well, I'm Bernadette. I've only been to one year of Detour and have no idea when the next time I'll get to go one is due to distance problems, but I did enjoy when I went last year. I did a short kinda impromptu cosplay of the anime version of Heimdall from Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok on Saturday, but I actually got more often commented on my clothing on Sunday since a lot of people thought I was dressed as an orginal character, when it was just my everyday clothes (long tanktop in multiple layers of blue mesh and white linen, long brown skirt, and brown track jacket...at least I think I was wearing the jacket with it).
I remember seeing you PirateEire at the panel since I was there for about half of it.
