They are pretty much equally cute, physically. That, and Momiji cross-dresses... sweatdrop
However, I REALLY think Kisa's the cuter one in terms of "AWW!! OMG You're sooo adorable!!! *pets Tiger-chan*"
Momiji's adorable, but in a more hyperfied, angsty way. His life-story sorta draws you to him, and his cuteness keeps you.
I dunno, those're my thoughts...
