I guess you could call this generic thingy a beta version or something. No real starting setting aside from present day Earth. I just wanted to see how things'll go before putting actual thought into things.
So uh yeah, let the games begin. Just will out the below & hop in. More than some character allowed. Also you don't have to use a character from a series or movie so feel free to make your own heroes & villians.

Brief bio: Tetsuya grew up like your average kid for the most part until the day he was given his own Spectacle Gauntlet by Spectacular Man. Ever since then he's been juggling his time between saving the world & playing video games like any hero would. He also wants his own giant robot but his parents won't let him pilot one until he's old enough.

*Tetsuya sulked as he left his school after serving his detention. It was the 3rd time this week that he was late for school in the morning due to early morning battles with cannon fodder. Usually his homeroom teacher wouldn't punish him for being late with an after school detention but he also didn't turn in last night's homework. He tried to explain that he did do his homework but his claim that a minion of evil torched it with a new experimental fireball gun fell on deaf ears. He took a deep sigh while he stood on a street corner & waiting for the crossing light to change* Mom is gonna kill me for sure....

"Got it." Agent Cross cut the power to his cell before bringing his motocycle to life. There was a sighting near a local school. It had to be taken care of before anyone became involved.
Drew stopped the bike outisde the vicinity of the school and proceeded on foot. A new bioborg was sighted by the local police, three were already dead.

*As Tetsuya crossed the street he approached the area where he had his morning battle that resulted in his lateness. He stopped walking as he took notice of the holes in the wall left from that fireball cannon one of those soldiers tried to destroy him with. He hadn't realize what kind of damage was done to this street until now. It was obvious that whoever was shooting at him was a lousy shot with that particular weapon. Aside from the damage building, the street itself had developed a few new scorched potholes.

The voice came in over his earpiece.
"Bioborg signal detected 3 blocks north of your original position. DNA type, Spider. Weapon type, unknown. Designating target as T05 Spiderborg."
"Understood." Drew broke from the a paced walk to a run, his boots making a loud thud with each step. He raced passed a student from the school with his duster trailing behind him.

*Tetsuya darted to one side to avoid being run into by the guy that passed by* What the?! He's heading back to school! *Tetsuya decided to run after the man, thinking there could be trouble*

Drew spotted the target. A humanoid creature, his skin was all black and he had four arms. The creature found Drew as well and lashed a long tongue at him through his fangs. THre creature looked at him through four slanted eyes without pupils.
"Confirmed." Agent Cross drew his over-sized revolver and aimed it at its head. "Freeze! Surrender now!"

*Tetsuya stopped in his tracks when he saw the gun & also what the gun was pointed at* Hey mister, get away from that thing! You don't know what you're doing! *He knew a normal can couldn't hurt that thing. This guy must have a deathwish Tetsuya thought*

"Get out of here kid!" Drew waved the kid away while keeping his sights on the creature. The Spiderborg shreiked throwing his four arms into the air before launching itself at the agent.
The muzzle of the gun followed the creature's arc and exploded to life just before the claws hit. The .80 calibur round shattered the spider's shoulders and threw him off course, slamming into the ground.
The creature got back onto hsi five good limbs, the wounded shoulder instantly began weaving itself back together.
"Switching to execution function."

*Tetsuya rolled his eyes at the response he got for warning the man. For a split second he considered turning around & going home, letting the monster possibly eat him for dinner. He was about to approach the man before the loud bang of the gun froze him in his tracks. Seeing the monster not dead, Tetsuya was starting to grow irritated* Get away now! That thing'll rip you to shreds! *He wanted to fight here and now but with this gun-toting maniac standing infront of the spider, he wasn't sure he could attack & save this guy from himself*

While the creature recovered Drew thrust his right fist into the air, the motion exposed a over-sized belt buckle, silver with a blue diamond in the center. "Trans-!" He then threw his arm down in a counter-clockwise motion. "-Form!"
The words and motions actived his belt and the nanomachines built into his metal body. The machines quickly surfaced over his skin and cloths and formed into a smooth blue exoskeleton that formed into a type of armor. The helmet was also blue with large crimson eyes. His arms and legs were covered by silver gauntlets and boots. Behind him a long red muffler whipped in the wind.

Masked...Rider...Justice? *Tetsuya was completly caught off guard after what he just saw. Now he understood why the guy didn't run in sight of the monster. At first he was going to merely watch this Justice guy fight & see what he was capable of but the need to show his stuff over took him* My turn! *The jewel in Tetsuya's Spectacle Gauntlet lit up as he raised his arm overhead & his stance changed* Spectacular Transformation! *Just as he lowered his arm he threw a straight punch into the air with his other arm* Hya! *A bright light enveloped his body & as the light slowly faded it revealed a man dressed in red with a light coating of armor protecting much of his body & a helmet that hides his eyes behind a black visor(just picture the red Justiriser).
*while still holding the pose of a thrown punch* I am Spectacle Man!

Justice rushed the Spiderborg, slamming his first into the creature's abdomen. The monster seemed to grin and grabbed the Rider by the arm and shoulders and threw him against a wall. The momentum of his metal frame sent Justice crashing through the wall, but he got back onto his feet quickly the crushed stone pouring off his shoulders.
