I saw the squish of this genre along with two others and agree, it should have its own slot. What's your favorite jazz song, composer or performer?
I have a soft spot for the standards and the big names although Diana Krall is a lovely modern voice.

ummmm....there are tons of tunes that i love... I like to play jazz more then listen to it....if i listen to it i will want to play it lol. I play the saxophone and am 1st Alto in my gold winning jazz band! heart blaugh
