My favorite character is different for each game. Final Fantasy VIII was my first video game so since Zell was my favorite character in that game, I favor him over others.
I like Zell because he was bold and kind of goofy! Even when he wasn't trying, Zell made me laugh. I loved watching him overreact to little taughts whee Also...He was introduced in a scene of him flipping, jumping, and being totally awesome. Do you have any idea how many things I've gotten hooked on because someone did a few flips? I can't look away!
In FFVII, I like Reno bestest closely followed by Vincent [they should date. Can you imagine how beautiful their children would be if men could reproduce with other men?...I hate mpreg so if you know...keep it retorical]. Reno is the classic red head. I kind of have a thing for red heads. He's brash, witty, and I enjoy his unintentional abuse of Rude. As for Vincent...one word. "Duh." Everyone knows Vincet is great. He doesn't need explantion.
In Final Fantasy X and X2, I like Rikku...she reminds me of me and I like that. I always play the thief in RPGs and that's what she does. I also like Gipal...he looks like a pirate and he wears purple. I like purple

I like Cloud, Vincent, Sephiroth, and Squall. xd I just think they're pretty/broody, and I can relate them to others that I like, such as Angel. whee

I like Cloud since he has that whole fallen angel thing around him. Especially with his blond hair.
He's antisocial, aloof and always putting up a cold and brave front. Kinda reminds me of Kai from Bakuten Shoot Beyblade.
Sephiroth with his long velvety hair and smoldering mako eyes. I've always been attracted to the bad guy. And he's good looking.
Valentine: His eyes are red. He has that rugged look on him, complete with his cloak and unkempt hair. And since he has a whole complete other more vicious character thanks to Chaos and the whole Crescent affair.
And he kinda reminds me of a vampire. One hot sexy vampire. With those alluring eyes that can pierce deep inside your very soul.

FF5~~Faris. Dunno why, I just like her. 3nodding
FF7~~ In a word? SEPHIROTH. heart xmillion lyke ohemgee, how I loff him. I know this sounds strange, but there are so many different ways you can intrepret his character, both pre-madness, and during, and I love them all. Plus, he's tall, dark, handsome, and totally awesome.
FF8~~Zell. Like Evil said, I love how he's amusing, even when he's not trying. Him and his obsession with the cafeteria hotdogs. xd
FF9~~Bleh...Vivi, I guess. Only cause he's the only character who wasn't completely stupid.
FF10~~Bleh...hated this game. Seymour was amusing though.
Overall fave is Sephi though. heart

in 7: Cloud brood much, Sephiroth evil to the max, Zack dead guy with big swords rock, Reno to funny not to love
in 8: Zell all the way, love the hotdogs xd
in 9: Kuja man in skirt/thong = kinky, Zidain monkey tails are verry kinky
in 10: Aruon, he's the only one that I feel conected to, I really didn't like the game.
I'm still playing the rest so I've got to get a feel for the characters.

FFVII: Zack or Seph, just because I find them amusing.
FFVIII: Laguna. Yeah, he's in his forties, but he's still realy hot.
FFIX: Uh... Zidane. The whole 'monkey tail' might get in the way with yaoi, but he's cute.
FFX: Seymour. Love his character, detest the voice actor.
FFX-2: Gippal. Anyone notice that in the Crimson Sphere where they were on the boat, him and Baralai were sitting awfully close? Just thought that was interesting. wink
