A space where we can lift each other up in prayer and share praise for answered prayers.
You can pray in the thread or simply add requested prayers to your personal prayer lists.

I was recently diagnosed with MS.
I had been dealing with symptoms for 15+ years and I'm thankful to finally have a diagnosis. However, a medication I was hoping would be helpful for me has been giving me bad side effects so I no longer have any options from Western Medicine.

I'm asking for prayer for healing, that the MS would not progress further. And also for wisdom as I navigate my symptoms.

Have you exhausted all medications that slow down the demyelinization process?

I will have to talk to my doctor again, the other medications out there have other potential side effects I'm wary of. Especially since it seems like my body already reacted badly to this one which is supposed to be the easiest to tolerate.
I also need to get more bloodwork done to make sure this last round of medication didn't set me off into another autoimmune disorder called ITP. sweatdrop

Yahweh bless you! He sees your struggle, he is with you. He loves you and no matter what do not lose faith in that. Speak to him and open your heart to listen. Imagine a light inside you and reach out for his light even in the deepest physical and spiritual darkness. Your faith decides whether or not he can heal you. So take steps with deliberate prayer and thought seeking God's perspective. Give him your full heart as if to show him an example of how you want him to show you his.

I cannot pretend that my prayers will be what decide if you will be healed. And it breaks my heart to see you suffer. I pray and hope that your heart will convince the lord to heal you. Have faith and believe, be strong and courageous. Yahweh bless you!! 💖 💖💖💖

I do believe He can heal me, and I also trust that His plans are good even if it doesn't mean physical healing in this life.
Unfortunately I can't visualize to imagine a light inside me but I do ask for his peace, and He gives it continually. heart
I will be getting prayer from the elders in my church soon, and I'm thankful that there are so many wonderful brothers and sisters at my church who are also praying for me.

heart crying I praise God for your church!! And I praise God that you can feel his peace through it! Paul does say that our suffering in this world does not compare to the riches that await us in heaven!!
In the new heavens and the new earth there will be no suffering if any kind. Just endless adventure and healing. Omg I need to show you an awesome verse!!

Isaiah 35:10

"... They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads.
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away."

I would actually like to ask for your prayers for the Lord to work through me to encourage my coworker who has MS. I don't know if she shares the same faith as us but my heart aches for her. When I read about how you have it I was overwhelmed with the realization and my soul feels like it's on fire. Not painfully but.. awake.. I don't know how to explain it but yeah..
