This is where all the people who have followed the rules and who we've felt deserve it and all the people who have disobeyed the rules and have been banned go.

If at any time PMs are down and we wish to give someone a warning or tell them they have got on the white list, we shall post wherever that person is posting and tell them to look on the black/whitelist.
