⌘Personality:
Julius is shown to be a very organized, prompt, and punctual man, speaking in a polite tone and who is completely loyal to his clients. He prefers to handles all of his company's political affairs, storage, chain of custody and paperwork himself rather than leave it to one of his employees. Despite his professional status and dislike of getting his hands dirty, he is not above handling requests himself after taking a personal interest in certain assignments and even collecting "souvenirs" that cater to his own taste.
Under the surface his true personality is that of a manipulative, megalomaniac, and insidious man. Julius appears quite calm and collected while frequently hiding behind a fake smile and polite tone in order to fool people, a facade that rarely slips, and is often courteous towards enemies and allies alike. He appears to have very little empathy for others, and is prepared to maim, kill or manipulate anyone to achieve his goals. He is also very intelligent and calculating, only needing minutes to plot schemes to capture Pokémon and knows how to set them in motion effectively. He has a habit of frequently correcting the position of his glasses while talking and adores developing one-sided infatuations with random women he encounters on his various travels and assignments, however, these brief love affairs do not make him any friendlier or less murderous. Julius also appears to have connections with many top tier criminal organizations throughout the world.
When the subject changes to his daughter his personality does a complete 360. His smiles now reflect an expression of happiness while every word he speaks now becomes the truth. Though he seems to be modest about his daughter, he will not hesitate to take a good bit of time bragging about her to others. This is also the reason his Ditto is his favorite Pokémon, because it can transform into any Pokémon it sees his daughter loves to play with it constantly.
