Sekani was taken in by Turquoise before she mated Jaguar. Unlike most slaves, Sekani, being so well known to Turquoise, became a favorite of Jaguar and he placed in her care the mysterious, black panther, Duchess whom resides within the garden. Being an Elf, Sekani and Duchess quickly formed a sisterly bond between them. Due to the acceptance, Duchess also became Sekani's fierce defender, and this sparked jealousy within Jaguar. His belief was that no one should come between him and his familiar, he descended upon Sekani with a vengence. Duchess, having heard Sekani's screams of anguish and pain rushed to her defence. That day, Duchess, made it known that she would protect Sekani, even against her own master, no matter how much she loved them both she would not choose between the two. Jaguar, accepted this, and shared his blood with Sekani, making her immortal, but not a vampire. In the months to lass, Jeshickah decided to pop in for a visit. During one of these times, Sekani witnessed Jeshickah attempt to kill Jaguar and Turquoise. Without thinking about it, Sekani attacked Jeshickah, inlaying a silver dagger deep within the Old Vampires side. Jeshickah of course pulled the dagger out as if it were merely a splinter. However, a sliver of the silver knife remained within Jeshickah body and has slowly been poisoning her over the years. Jeshickah of course tried to attack Sekani, but Turquoise protected her. Jaguar of course immediately took stance beside his mate, creating a barrier between Jeshickah and Sekani. Jeshickah left but not without leaving a curse on Sekani. Should she ever leave, she would suffer an unbearable death and the Vampire blood from Jaguar would not be able to save her. Nowadays she is either found in the gardens, tending to her duties as the head of slaves, or busying herself about the castle dancing to the music she loves so dearly.

Sekani is a pure mystery. Some days she is happy and bright and other days she is fierce and demanding. She was never truly broken as a slave, but she has also earned her right to be the Head of the Slaves. Most believe that she is also a master, with how freely she comes and goes within the castle, and walks in and out of Jaguar & Turquoise office, but this is not the case. She is forever bound to them, and can never leave. For if she leaves, Jeshickahs Curse that resides within the black tattoo looking mark that covers shoulder to elbow on Sekani's arm, will cover her body and kill her. She loves to sing and dance, but also serves as a fierce hope for new slaves that one day they too, will be able to walk freely as she does.
