Nephsech Hell Yea, I'm gonna be making a Mod=Ninja ranks system soon. What do you think of this? Captain= Hokage Vice-Captain= Hokage's assistant or Head of Anbu Crew= Anbu Head anbu Hokage assistant. Yassss. I think they can also create subforums and stuff. If you have an opening and haven't considered someone, just to let ya know, I'm interested. *puts resume on desk* *walks off* wink

If you have an opening and haven't considered someone, just to let ya know, I'm interested. *puts resume on desk* *walks off* wink Haha Welcome To the Hokage's office 4laugh Only thing with subforums I'm tryna avoid is having 10 billion of them. because I've seen other guilds with so many you just don't know where to post sweatdrop But maybe we might want a subforum for Naruto avatars and Ninja themed items? I think it could be really helpful for newbies to gaia or peeps who just wanna make a ninja avatar.

If it's just one subforum I think it'll be cool. There is one active RP guild, but honestly... soooooo many subforums and complicated rules gonk

I think the captain should be a Lord or Lady that oversees the entire guild, the Vices Kages, and responsible for certain forums of the guild while the crew are Anbu, and look after a specific section of the forums that the Kage assigned them to. As for roleplayers, maybe a sister guild that is linked to here, that way its a bit less confusing for the fan base.

Eh no that would divide the already small community even smaller. Just have an RP section in one of the sub forums so people can keep it IN the guild, but not have to branch out. RP can have it's own set of rules. Other than that, I agree. A captain, Vice Captain and a few crew to pick up some slack would work best. Once a foundation is laid out and nice... real growth can occur in the village/guild since everything will be sorted and ready for progress.

You can't faction off a faction, this is just a portion in the community, the guild is base on the late naruto forum which in all was one of the factions to the entire naruto community of gaiaonline..
