New City! It's the ghetto of the neo-future, with gadgets that are likely 10 years behind everyone else. Despite that, there's a thriving underworld that features both cyber and real goods, plenty of free applications that the vast majority of it's denizens end up using like Excel and Virtual Reality chat rooms, and MMO-Real Time-Neural gaming is a favorite past time. Not just paying games, but free games as well.
