This should be a no-brainer, but I can't help but ask anyway, since I am clearly an airhead. I don't want any false advertising on (what is about to be) my new story. I have no clue where else I would ask this and get a prompt answer, so I'm posting it here.
I am planning on writing a romance/erotica fanfiction, with the story of a woman passing away due to a long battle with a disease. She meets with her husband in the afterlife (who had died a long time ago) They are going to make love after reuniting. Since there is literally no physical bodies involved, just their spirits in an alternate universe, it wouldn't be considered necrophilia, would it? confused
..... eek Good God, I feel dumb right now.

I'm sure you're gonna run into some idiotic duchebag who's gonna call it nechrophilia no matter what just because they're dead. But, no, I would not call that necrophelia. I would call it "true love" or "soul mates".

The way I see it, the answer is "no", because both of them are dead. It's not like one of them is still alive. And, going with the definition above, neither of them are corpses involved in this act (they're spirits!).
