Setting:
Present: About 1 year after Stars
Future: 30th Century Crystal Tokyo

The Story:

Dimande and the Family of the Dark Moon Clan were defeated long ago by Sailor Moon, So too, was Wise Man. However, Dimande kept a Secret. What no one knew was that back at home, in the safety of her home, surrounded by despair for her father was a young child named Ruby. With Blood Red eyes, and hair, and a fair complexion, the little girl lived up to her name. On her forehead sat the black cressant her family was known for. Hearing the news of the Sailor Scout that killed her father in the past, her heart slowly grew bitter and hardened to Friendship or love, so that by the time she was a young adult, she was more ruthless than her father once was.

One day, while walking in her garden of roses, the young princess was approached by a figure in a dark robe. One of the same race as Wise Man, the being explained that he too was seeking revenge on the Scouts. Though she didnt fully trust the being, she believed she could control him, And so, with little worry, she joined him, letting him feed her dark emotions, until she was ready to confront the one the world once called Sailor Moon.

A figure drenched in shadows sat in the corner of a mostly darkened room. The only light creeping in through tne cracks of a rarely opened door. The chair she sat upon was large, almost throne-like, and draped in red fabric. The outline peeking through showed that of a pale young woman in a frilly Red ball gown adorned with black lace. Next to the chair sat a small serving table in black. With a closer look, the design lining tne legs was red roses. Upon the table sat a rare black and red vase and a small black teacup. In the vase, sat a single red rose, which was replaced daily. Completing the scene, a dark crystal ball floating in front of tne girl. As her gloved hand hovered over the ball, it began to radiate a brilliant purple. She leaned forward and twisted her red painted lips into a smile. It was almost time...

Time: Present

Time had been kind to Haruka and Michiru. Since the battle against Galaxia had been brought to an end by the hands of their future queen, the senshi had been able to go about their lives in peace and their bond of love remained ever strong. The blonde was grateful to continue having the oceanic woman beside her, that they could continue on with their lives together thanks to cheating death with the power of the Gouzinshou.

Sitting atop of a high cliff and straddling her motor cycle as she watched the ocean waves crashing heavily against the rocks below, the blonde found it hard to believe that an entire year had already passed them by and that so much had changed now that darkness seemed to no longer threaten the earth. But the wind that surrounded her carried strong warnings of a danger that was to come. She could not answer for the unease that began to grow inside her, but she knew enough to know that her partner was most likely feeling the stirring in the waters of Neptune as well.

Placing her black helmet back upon her head, leather clad thighs hugged close to the sides of the motorcycle as she kicked it into gear and sped it off down the road leading off the cliff. She needed to find out whatever was going to happen, but first she needed to speak to Michiru about it.

Minako was out on the town today, going to different stores and window shopping. And why not? It was simply a nice day out. The sun was out, there was a nice breeze, not a cloud in the sky. At first it was hard getting use to a normal life when your senshi duties are done but she soon got use to it. Even though there was no danger at the moment, the blonde senshi still kept her transformation wand on her and wore her watch just in case. Better safe than sorry. She thought as she existed a store.

Minako sighed softly, wondering what her friends were up to. She decided a stroll in the park. So the blonde senshi began making her way out of the downtown district and over to the main park.

Concord slowly made his way out to the balcony that over looked the Moon Kingdom's gardens, looking up at the Earth. He stood there for a long period of time, loosing touch with how long it had been before a voice had approached from behind him.

"Yo."

Concord broke his gaze, giving his head a slight shake before turning around to see who it was. "Oh? Hey FireStorm."

"Don't hey me. Your day dreaming out here when there is work that needs to be done." FireStorm continued to walk until reaching the railings of the balcony, looking up at the moon. "...A lot different than the first time we saw 'Earth'. I like this one better though."

Concord turned to look away from FireStorm and follow her gaze back to the moon. "Yeah." Concord stared for a moment in silence before mumbling, "It's almost that time."

"...yeah."

(Timeline: Present)
(Location: Dark Earth)
Lone stood on the roof of the city's currently tallest building, standing near the building's edge. From here, Lone could see the whole city, or what was saved of it, keeping an eye out for any signs of the enemy's lingering minions, or worse, Black Phoenix. But for the last month now, everything has been quiet and peaceful. No random attacks or signs of the enemy's existence. Perhaps now, the world had been saved.

(Location: ?????????)
Somewhere dark sat two girl's facing eachother sipping tea with only a single candle lit between the two of them as the center piece on the table, though the light just barely brought any details to the room. The little girl with red flowing hair stopped drinking, setting her tea cup down on the table before saying with a rather surprising mature voice, "It's time."

The little girl with long flowing blue hair frown and said, trying to retail her childish voice, "Aww! But I'm not done yet." The blue haired girl then pouted and began drinking her tea faster. Hearing the red head sigh loudly, and watching her stand up from her seat and walk towards her, the blue head girl groaned before saying, "Ok. Ok." She then set her cup down on the table and stood up, walking towards the red head.

The two girls stood before eachother, summoning their staffs to their side. In sync, the girls twirled their staffs before them. The next move, the girls both drew their staffs back behind them before making the butts of the poles collide with each other. *Click* The poles locked together before the blue haired girl said with a mature sounding voice, "I'm going to miss that cup." The girls then rotated their staffs, unlocking a rather powerful energy force.

(Lone)
The sun was beginning to rise, so Lone had closed his eyes to stop the first rays from blinding him. However, Lone then felt as though he was falling. Quickly opening his eyes, he could see that he was indeed falling. Right into a rift that opened from under him. Before he could react, the rift closed, making him disappear from Dark Earth completely.

[Location: Crystal Tokyo, Throne Room]

King Endymion had felt rather anxious the last few hours. Something was wrong. Very wrong. But there were no obvious signs. There were no disturbances with the people in the city. The planet was not under attack, or rather, no broadcasts of attacks.

Recently, the transporter to the Moon Kingdom's Palace, turned to a first line pout post for Earth, had been knocked out. Prince Concord of the Moon and his team of Senshi had left the day before to have the transporter repaired, leaving the Crystal Palace with only the Princesses and the new rookie forces.

"Something is wrong... I just know it."

[Location: Mamoru's apartment]

Mamoru had to wait a whole year before the University he had registered to attend in AMerica could receive him again. The events with Sailor Galaxia had forced the University to withdraw Mamoru after he didint show up. But now that Earth was at peace again, there was no need to worry about any more enemy forces attacking.

Usagi ran down the street as fast as her legs would carry her. She was Sailor Moon just moments ago. Why didn't she just fight back? She tridd to call the others, but no one answered their communicators. 'Where could they have gone?' She stopped for a moment, her heart pounding in fear. This...thing...chasing her. What was it? She looked around. It was nowhere, and seemed to come at her from all directions. There was no escape. She had to fight..alone. Why was she still alone? Not even luna had come to her aid. What was going on? It all seemed familiar somehow. She grabbed her pendant and raised it up. "Moon...Cosmic...." Before she could finish, she felt herself being yanked into the air. Her pendant...she must have dropped it. She looked down. She was floating now at least 20 feet in the air. Her arms were immobile...her legs too. Had she been caught? By who..by what? She couldnt see any physical threat...but it was there. She could feel it.

Usagi jolted up out of bed. Her heart really was pounding. She threw herself back down, flopping her head on her pillow. "That same dream again .." Her blue, groggy eyes focused on the ceiling. A ray of sunshine lit a small spot, which slowly crept downward on the wall. She thought about the dream. It was vivid in her mind, almost as if it were real...but this wasn't the first time. This nightmare was reoccuring on a regular basis now. She couldn't ignore it anymore. She decided to go talk to Rei. The sooner the better in her mind. Maybe Rei could figure out what the dream meant.

Sitting in her dark room, the young, lovely figure studied her Crystal Ball. After a moment, she sat back in her chair. A shadow began to fill the air in front of her. Not phased by this, the young woman only sat there. A familiar figure finally appeared. In a deep voice, the figure addressed the young woman.

"Princess, Peridot reports ready for his mission."

"Finally." Her voice came out slightly annoyed. "I've been waiting."

"Yes, Princess."

"Tell the others to prepare for the journey. As soon as Peridot begins, we will have our opportunity"

"Of course, Princess"

The figure vanished within a moment, leaving the Princess alone once again. Her hand reached for her tea, picking up the small teacup slowly, and bringing it to her lips.

( Edited post )
Timeline: Present
Location: Tokyo, Japan

It appeared to be a nice day out and Saphir was tired of hiding in a small abandon building which use to be a cafe. Being a human on Earth was a lot harder than it looked. The Ayakashi sisters had offered him a place to stay in their apartment, though he appreciated the offer he had to turn it down. He was feeling a bit bitter that he was given a second chance but not his brother. The one whom he loves very much and is close to.

He suppose he'd make the best of his situation and try to find something to take his mind off the past and his current condition. Then it hit him, he remember his original goal was to live in a planet with plant life and Earth just happen to have plant life. He's also heard of a certain building, called a greenhouse. They have all sorts of plant life there where people care and nurture them. Perhaps, he would get out of this ratty cafe and check out a greenhouse if he could find.

Saphir stepped out of the old abandon cafe and began his search. With some luck and help of a citizen, he was able to find the local greenhouse. In fact, it wasn't too far from where he was. He quickly made his way over to the greenhouse. This day seem to get better with each minute.

Sinful Ways
( Timeline: Present - Tokyo, Japan )
It appeared to be a lovely day out and Saphir didn't want to stay inside all day in Setsuna's place. He left a small note on the refrigerator letting her he went out for a walk and will be back later this afternoon. Other than that, he didn't really specify what else he would be up to. Perhaps today he would search for a greenhouse and visit one. He certainly would love to see all the different yet beautiful flowers Earth has to offer.

(Timeline: Present)
(Location: Tokyo, Japan - Flower Garden)
(Time: Afternoon)

It was a beautiful day. There were no clouds in the sky, allowing everyone to enjoy the clear blue skies and bright sun. The temperature was a comfortable mid 80s, birds were chirping, and the little breeze made the flowers sway just enough to make it look like they were waving. Nothing should have ruined this perfect scene.

The breeze abruptly stopped. It was like some force had stopped the wind in the Flower Garden. Though there was no wind, the flowers seemed to be pushed away from the center walkway, like some force of pressure was pushing them away. The ground shook slightly, a low rumble filled the air. From the center of the Flower Garden, where the walkways intersected, electricity sparked, generated by the down and outward pressure. Suddenly, the electricity intensified, forming a sort of circle before a black empty void formed within the circle.

Something then fell from the void. A body fell from the void that appeared 10 feet off the ground. As soon as the body landed on the ground, landing in a kneeling position, the abnormalities that had suddenly appeared, disappeared as quickly as they came.

The body slowly stood up, cloaked in what looked like a long black trench coat. As soon as the figure stood, he raised his head to look forward instead of the ground. He had a scowl look, blinking a few times before turning his head left, then right, then back forward.

'....Where the hell am I?' He thought.

Timeline: Present Day, Tokyo

Michiru was already aware from the moment Haruka returned home that something was terribly wrong. She'd been trying to paint all afternoon and nothing had been coming to her because she could feel that the oceans of her home planet were restless about something. Without questioning her intuition, she glanced into her lovers eyes and found only confirmation of her fears there.

"Whatever this is... we will have to fight again."

She moved gracefully across the living room to a small locked box they kept upon the mantle above the fire place and used the key around her neck to open it. Inside lay the henshin wands that belonged to both of them. Uncertainly, she picked up her lovers Henshin wand and held it out to her.

"Do you regret being with me Haruka? I know this is not what you wanted from the start..."

----

Haruka didn't hesitate to remove the henshin wand from her lovers hand a moment later and she pulled her into a tight embrace. Whatever was coming would be something they faced as a couple and as a partnership.

"Our duty as Senshi is to protect this world and the ones we care most about." She told her softly, her lips moving to brush a gentle kiss against her cheek. "I can do anything as long as I am with you."

Neither of them knew the cause of unease with each of their planetary alignments, but they were alert and would be on guard for anything unnatural happening over the next few weeks.

Peridot, a tall dark man, and Ruby's top commander stood just outside the palace, waiting for his orders. His disguise was so-so, but since no one knew who he was, all it really took was hiding the dark moon on his forehead. He wore a civilian outfit, and a hood; all of which matched his name to a T. Moments after managing to communicate with the Wise Man, he received his order to attack, and cause a distraction. So long as the city was defending from him and his army, they wouldnt notice the Giant UFO using their air space to accomplish its own goal. Peridot summoned his first squadron and ordered them to cause havok and distract the king and his court.

Ruby laughed, enjoying the havok being caused below for a moment. "Ah, I almost hate to miss this.." Her face went serious again as she concentrated on her new toy. A Crystal Ball designed especially for her, and made entirely of Ruby. "This had better work, Wise man." Patiently, she waited for just the right moment.

"You are beaten." Sailor Pluto recited, her voice remaining as stern and cold as her visage. "This sacred ground is forbidden. You do not have permission to pass."

Her long, evergreen hair was ruffled, and her uniform stained in the blood of the trespasser, who lay motionless upon the misty ground. "Do not attempt to journey here again." Her grip on her Time Staff tightened as she spoke, the fabric of her dirtied gloves straining against the tension.

She brushed the back of her gloved hand against her cheek, warding off strands of hair that were now stuck to her glistening cinnamon skin.

Within a few moments, the trespasser stirred, slowly pulling himself up to begin crawling away at a slow, pathetic pace.

The blackness of the mists was stirred, and before anything could be done, she knew that He was in her presence.

"Father..."

The towering figure effortlessly suspended the trespasser in mid air, the black smoke forever dancing about as if it were devouring the trespasser alive. The trespasser was groaning in pain now, being held by his head in the palm of Time itself.

The towering figure nodded his magnificent head, insisting that the job be finished.

Sailor Pluto stepped back, her deep cherry eyes becoming impossibly colder as she looked on.

The towering figure shook the trespasser like a rag doll, dangling him in front of his attacker, causing him to release even more painful cries than before.

Sailor Pluto's brows furrowed deeper as she turned her head even further to the side, brushing her gloved hand across her mouth this time.

The towering figure insisted with his bright, unforgiving eyes.

"No." Sailor Pluto spat discreetly to the side, looking her father in the eyes, matching his intensity as best she could. "No more."

A deep rumbling was heard, and the towering figure effortlessly tossed the trespasser aside, finishing the job in his own unseen fashion.

He then turned on his daughter, holding out his massive hand towards her.

She began to feel weightless, noticing that she was now falling. Falling...falling...falling into the endless blackness. The mists gave way to blinding light, which dispersed after what seemed like eternity.

Sailor Pluto awoke on a remote patch of grass in a secluded area located just outside the city of Tokyo. She held her hand over her eyes as she analyzed her surroundings, shielding her vision from the rays of sunlight leaking through the branches of the trees above.

She knew the time. She was now in the known Present.

"So. That's it then." She looked down at her tattered uniform, still ripped and covered in dry blood with her staff right beside her. She held up her gloved hands, looking at them as she spoke in an apathetic tone. "I have been banished."

Location: Wandering the streets of Tokyo

Zoisite was incredibly lonely. He'd forgotten how long it had been since he was separated from his stone, brought back to the real world. Had it been one year? Two? The young man could hardly keep up. Everything felt ominous, and common sense told him it was the result of losing most of his memories.

Zoisite was proud to say that he was very good with faces, however. He could remember every single face ever saw. Often times, when he slept, he saw several faces. Some he could put names to; Kunzite, Nephrite, Jadeite.... He had concluded that these were the most important people to him, and he had to find him.

There were others too. Like a clumsy girl with buns on her head, and a girl with a bow in her hair, a tall one, and a short blue-haired girl. He saw all these faces clearly when he put his mind to sleep, but he could never recall how he knew them.

The orange haired teen sighed quietly to himself, glancing at shop windows as he walked down the streets of the impossibly busy city.

He was tired of being lonely.

Timeline: The Present
Location: Miles outside of Tokyo.

Pluto spent several minutes within the calmness of the woods, standing as still as a tree as she stood. A cool breeze brushed past her form, rustling her long, evergreen hair.

Sometimes she would forget how warm the sun felt.

After a few more moments, she kneeled to pick up her staff, using it to tap the ground once. With this gesture, she was enveloped in soft, boreal light, which faded within an instant. This left her in a conveniently clean state, re-dressed now in her deep, maroon civilian uniform, with her hair now completely clean and styled tidily in her usual single bun. The staff then shrank to key size, attaching to a magical chain that then appeared around her neck.

She began the hike towards the city, concluding that it would be wise for her to return to the apartment that she had reserved there. She would take her time though, as it would be unwise for her to travel throughout the city itself without the veil of night to keep her hidden.

The sun would be going down soon, and the closer she got to the city, the more easily she could read the unusual energies that existed within. There certainly must have been a reason that her Father had sent her to the present. After all, even when she and her Father had their disagreements, the two of them ultimately knew the importance of keeping Tokyo safe, and Setsuna's mission here was always clear.

Once the sun was gone, Setsuna reconnected herself to the shadows, becoming one with an important aspect of her element as she travelled unseen across the rooftops.

She found herself suddenly coming to a standstill, unveiling her lovely form as she stood upon the building which housed her apartment. She looked towards the closest shadow, noticing that something within was calling out to her...a message....or an omen...or perhaps both. A low tremor began to quake from deep within this shadow, and she could feel it rumble within her sternum. Before she could make sense of it, the rumbling ceased. This was not good.

Her face remained stoic, even somewhat sad as she looked on, hoping that the tremor would return, but it never did. She carefully dropped in front of the building, entering it quietly, then travelling up to the 5th and top floor to the very last door in the hall. Once she got there, she opened up the door with her Garnet Key as usual, then stepped quietly into the familiar room.

This was indeed a very modest apartment that looked as though she had just moved in, or rather, as though it had hardly been used. It was furnished in modern decor which made everything appear very tidy. Perhaps even a bit too tidy.

Along the right wall was a single couch with an empty bookshelf hanging over it. Next to it was a nightstand with a small lamp next to a single bed. The only source of light provided came from the moonlight that leaked in from the far doors, throwing shadows across the lavender comforter. These doors which lead out onto a small, empty balcony, were adorned in matching lavender curtains on either side. To the left was a doorway leading to the kitchen and washroom, but nothing else. The room was gloomy overall.

She did not need sleep, but she sprawled out upon the bed, her hair now strewn in all directions. She would lie there and wait, even if the sun came up before she closed her eyes.

She turned her head toward the window, looking to gaze at the moon, which reflected brightly within her solemn, cherry eyes. Her thick, black lashes broke the bright reflection with a blink, as these sad eyes slowly became heavy...for no reason at all.
