Dorms are put into two categories; Co Ed and Same Sex.
Now the difference is that Co-Ed will house 3-4 people, and same sex will house 2. All dorms will have the amount of beds needed depending on the category. It will have work space for each student, a mini fridge or two and microwave, a bathroom, two bathrooms for Co-Ed.
Basically Co-ed's will be kind of like a one story house because it houses more students than the same sex. You can decorate them as you please, but do not step over onto another student's space. //do you really want to upset them?//
Same Sex will be allowed to choose their own dorms. Co-Ed students will be placed with others who will work well with them and not cause any issues. What this means is they'll be placed by abilities and probably race. I mean, we can't have a cat and a mouse in the same room, right? Meaning we can't just go and have two races that absolutely hate each other and will attack on site. This will probably also be true for Same Sex.
