I have a good pvp/faction server for anyone who is interested. Its called godlycraft. Its a public server and its 24/7. If you are up for the challenge then please check it out. The server is really trying to grow and get active players.
There is a lot of neat things on this server such as custom plugins. The developer really does some awesome work. Like recently he did a enchantment refiner which basically allows you to go further in enchanting...so you can now get like a sharpness 10..though its very hard and it takes in game money. Its pretty cool! They also have pvp arena, spleef arena, and a mob arena.
