I was moving forward very quickly with this one Bleach fanficiton that I was writing, but I needed a beta to give support and feedback on my plot devices and such.
It was a long search to find a beta at all.
But, after sending her the first chapter (she already did the prologue), she had to stop being my beta because of family issues.
It's really upsetting because now I don't have the motivation to keep writing, and I feel like I shouldn't post any of it without a beta.
I'm not really sure how to get a beta now. Before, it was a matter of randomly messaging people on fan fiction dot net. Now I'm just stuck. cry
Any advice?

Well, maybe you could ask someone from your readers? That's what a friend of mine did; I was one of her readers, and now her beta reader.
