What kind of music do you guy's listen to while working?

For me it depends, all night work sessions i prefer loud music like dubstep/hardstyle(love qoing quantum podcast), other then that i'll put on some random artist(currently The Fray ~ How to save a life).

That's an awesome question! It's interesting to hear about others' musical tastes c:

Usually it depends on my mood, if I'm foul-tempered it'll be something a bit dark and heavy and the opposite would be something along the lines of k-pop or top 40's hits. Normally I can get away with just having anything playing and skip to the next track should my computer decide to play something I don't care to hear.

I'm a lot like Vermillion; I'll usually just play a bunch of random music and skip what bugs me haha.

But I've found I work best when I'm listening to trance, dubstep, etc. and it's late at night haha.

You should check out Monstercat's YouTube channel; They're a label that uploads the work of some really amazing artists in various subgenres under the electronic umbrella. razz

99.9% of the time I have metal on.
Then that other 1% of the time I have what my friend and I call "introspective" music on. Which is bands like The Fray and Coldplay and other bands that I don't really like too much. But I find I paint kind of nice stuff when I listen to it.

When I'm working I usually put my iTunes on shuffle and listen to that. Most of the songs I have are rock or alternative, which isn't exactly the most relaxing music to listen to, but it keeps me entertained when I have to work for hours on end. I also pull up YouTube every now and then when I get a song in my head that I don't have on my iTunes. biggrin
