Hayden walked inside the dorm room and looked around. He had his clothes in a big bag and he was carrying it on his back. He didn't know who his roommate was or what he or she would be like.

Clarissa heard she was getting a new roommate. She didn't know who he or she was, but she hoped they were cool, and kind, and outgoing. She had the room straightened up, so they didn't think she lived in a garbage dump. She waited for the knock on the door.

He noticed no one was coming.. maybe if whoever was in the dorm didn't hear him come in. He knocked on the door and waited.

Clarissa looked at the door. She saw a guy standing in the doorway. She smiled at him. "Hi How are you?" Clarissa asked looking into his eyes. She couldn't believe he was standing in her rooms doorway. She was a little confused. She thought that males stayed with males, and females stayed with females.
