The Netherworld of the formerly living. It is managed by Yuyuko Saigyouji, a ghost who killed herself long ago with the power to kill mortals.
The Netherworld has the most beautiful cherry blossoms in the known universe and a large, dead looking one, called Saigyou Ayakashi, the youkai cherry tree.
Yuyuko sometimes holds flower viewings in the netherworld, though, getting there is your problem.
The way to the netherworld is through/over a large double door in the sky, which is surprisingly hard to see from the ground since it's so high up.

Yuyuko sat on the porch of her home, looking out at the cherry trees, a kebab in her hand with one end in her mouth. Two more kebabs lay on a plate next to her.
"My my," She sighed, looking around at the night-like scene. "It's so quiet here. Perhaps I should throw a flower viewing later on..." She sighed again and took another bite of her kebab.
