Memorya Mo, Pagkainteresahan MO!!
You are driving a bus which contains fifty people. The bus makes one stop and ten people get off, while three people get on.
At the next stop seven people get off the bus, and two people
get on. There are two more stops at which four passengers get
off each time, and three fares get on at one stop, and none at
the other. At this point, the bus has to stop because of mechanical
trouble. Some of the passengers are in a hurry and decide to
walk. So eight people get off the bus. When the mechanical
trouble is taken care of, the bus goes to the last stop, and the
rest of the people get off.

(uulitin ko. no re-reading pls)
so nakita natin ngayon ang imporance of interest in memory. if you're not interested on something, it will surely not be remembered. pero sabi ko kanina "you can not remember something that you didntt observe" well Interest and Observation comes hand in hand!! .. You
cannot possibly remember anything you do not
observe; and it is
"extremely difficult"to
observe or remember anything that you do not want to remember, or that you are not
interested in remembering. so this will make the Obvious Rule:
"If you want to improve your memory immediately,
force yourself to want to remember."
" Force yourself to be interested enough to observe anything
you want to remember or retain"
so bakit Force yourself? kasi sa simula eh kailangan mo talaga ng konting effort pero after a short time, it will be easy for you to Remember things
biggrin ngayon nga eh sa pag babasa mo palang nito dahil interesado kang mahasa ang memory mo is the First Step
"Without motivation there can hardly be remembrance."
at isa pa. aside from intending to remember, Makaka tulong din ang Confidence
(Whapak sa mga students XD) tapos itatanong pa bakit nalimutan ko yung naka sulat. eh dapat nga eh there is no such thing as Forgo.ang tamang statement mo dapat"I didn't remember in the first place." kasi wala ka naman talagang malilimutan kung talagang nailagay talaga sa kokote mo ang isang bagay. "You cannot forget anything you ever really remembered." kung gagamitin mo ang papel at lapis para matulungan ka sa memory then its ok pero kung gagamitin mo ang mga bagay na to dahil sa tinatamad kang mag memorize kasi mahaba kasi nakaka pagod eh yun yung mali at ang malalala pa nyan eh yan ang nag papalala ng memory natin tulad din ng muscle na hindi na eexercise(LAMPA) gumaling ka man siguro sa pag sulat at pag basa pero ang memorya mo lalala.
meron ngang kasabihan na "A man must get a thing before he can forget it."
lagi mong isipin na ang isip ay gusto nitong mapagkatiwalaan the more you trust it, the more reliable it becomes.
"Writing everything down on paper without trying to remember, is going against all the basic rules for a stronger and better memory. You're not trusting your memory; you haven't the confidence in your memory; you're not
exercising the memory, and your interest is not strong enough to retain it, if you must write it down."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The thing to do is to make up your mind that you will be interested in remembering names, faces, dates, figures, facts—anything; and that you will have confidence in your ability to retain them. This, alone, without the actual systems and methods of associations in this thread, will improve your memory to a noticeable degree. With the systems of association or links as an aid to your true memory, you are on your way to an amazingly remarkable and retentive memory. You can start to prove this to yourself in the next topic.
Summary:
➝ Interest & Observation comes in hand in hand
➝It is Extremely difficult to Observe something without interest about it
➝ Confidence Helps a lot. trust your memory. you may loose your notes but not memory
