Below is the code for the profile. Please follow it, including instructions for picture and colour placements. There will be a separate form for all your jutsus to sit underneath your profile, just so everything looks neat and tidy. While you can apply to have jutsu's approved while your profile is under construction you cannot be accepted until everything, including jutsu list, is completed.
To apply, please make a new thread with your character's name, village, and rank in the title (an example of this would be "Mimi Winsor -- Konoha -- Jounin"). Put 'Awaiting Approval' until a mod has looked at and approved it. There should be two posts, a profile and a jutsu list, before a moderator can confirm their approval.
