Step 1: Forming the Character Base
Use these determine and form your character.

Protagonist [ ]
The main character. Story revolves around this guy
Antagonist [ ]
The character/s that hinder the protagonist from reaching his/her/its goal.
Subordinate [ ]
There to help with the plot.
B.
Flat [ ]
Stereotypical Character. Also, a character with few traits and no depth
Round [ ]
Characters that are like real people. They have lots of traits
C.
Static [ ]
Character stays the same all throughout the entire story.
Dynamic [ ]
Character changes as the story progesses

Use this to bring your character to life.
