That guy is right. You keep discouraging and pushing your Guild by forcing them to add others, when barely any of them are Crew, or VC's. I own a Guild called N.U.N. Let me tell you about leading. If you want your Guild active, you must be just as active. I send announcememts literally every day just to sustain it. Why you may ask? Well, it's a Peace Corps. If I don't know about something going on in the Military, then I can't lead.
N.U.N is what people come to for answers. Alot of people are leaving their Guilds and joining either NATO or N.U.N. And, alot of people say N.U.N is one of the most active Guild's in today's Military, probably the most active. But you don't see me boasting about it.
You must be willing to give half of your time to recruiting members, making forums, and thinking of announcements. Hey, and maybe if your Guild gets big enough, it'll grow by itself. It depends on how you treat it. But trust me, you'll know when you get to the point when it grows by itself.
