Criteria for becoming crew (updated on 2/4/11):
-Consistently posts.
-Offers something more to the guild than just posting (ex: banner making, people skills, creative ideas...etc.)
-Has been around for a while (preferably, because it means you're not a ditcher)
-Liked by most guild members.
-Liked by Sai <3 Hehe (that's basically everyone...)

When will we be hiring again?

At the moment, our guild is still expanding. We'll put out the call again when we have more members and the guild requires more moderation. Or if somebody goes on hiatus/quits.

Please don't:
-Ask to be an exception.
-Insult any crew/captains because you're feeling butthurt. We're just overstaffed, so I can assure you that it's nothing personal. ^^
-Bring up the fact that this process used to be different. We know that. -.-
-Attempt bribery (....>w> NO, FOR REAL!)

What results in crew demotion:

-Failure to follow guild rules.
-Flaming, trolling, or abusing power.
-Ignoring guild pms.
-Disappearing for long periods of time without saying anything (some exceptions may be made if something happened to you or your computer)
-Never posting.
-Not helping to contribute or putting your responsibilities on someone else.
-Demanding to be promoted to vice captain.
-Ignoring the guild altogether.

Please Note: People have been demoted before, so don't think we're joking.

Please Also Note: Sai hates doing that ^^ So usually there will be a warning/attempt at making peace.

Feh, I hate serious stuff like this.

What results in Vice Captain demotion?

The vice captains are all very precious friends and responsible individuals who have never done anything to warrant even creating this post. Demotion is possible, but highly unlikely unless somebody dies or quits. They would not be where they were if this were not true. In fact, I honestly don't feel like I have more authority than they do, so unless something really bad were to happen, I don't feel like I have the right to demote them anyway.

However, if by some chance some kind of alien parasite slithers into their brains and turns them into a bunch of power-crazed trolls, then yeah....action will probably be taken, at least until they're cured. >w>
