Made some changes to the contests & events subforum.
All finished events already have [finished] written on their titles.
Also moved back some contests and events from the moved thread subforum to the contest & events subforum
because i think even finished events deserve to be there.
para naman malaman natin na marami na pala tayong events na dinaanan.

di ko naman gustong ilagay ang dalawa kasi nga ma.overstate yung number ng events because they are the same. gusto ko isang event isang thread lang. or pwede rin gawing Paunahan sa Karangalan part 1 yung kay dev tapos Paunahan sa Karangalan part 2 yung kay angelu.
