Ability To See The Past- The dragon half of him grants him the power to see into other's pasts if he touches their skin or when something happens in a place in which he can tap into its memory bank. (Meaning each place to him holds a memory just like how people have memorys.)
Sketching- Sketching on his free time Tempo became very skilled and will sell art for a small price or for free if you are a friend of his.
Reading Minds- Tempo can understand what people are thinking and if he feels like it also talk to them in thier minds.
Water Manipulation- Can control water any way he wants (which means he can freeze it, turn it to snow, boil it, etc...) He could also make it rain, hail, or snow if he felt like it.

Personality: Fairly easy to warm up to but likes to keep things on a need to know basis. Always being friendly to those he doesnt know and helping them out if they need it. Will keep his distance if he know's people need it and always seems to trust people to much which could hurt him in the end but he doesnt seem to care.
History: Tempo was left by his parents at a church which had taken him in. At the age of five Tempo began helping out at the church by giving food to the homeless, or being there for those who had lost a loved one. Doing this for five years before a terrible thing had happened. On his way back from a local store Tempo saw flames rising from the church building running as fast as he could he instanty was at the church door. Hearing the screams coming from inside he tried to get into the church but the person who had set the fire also had set up a barrier to make sure no one would be able to get in or out until the fire had completly burnt everything to the ground. It didnt take long for the screams to drown out as the church's roof caved in killing everybody inside. This tragedy had made Tempo lose all sight of everything good in the world, and filled his mind with rage. The rage soon triggered his dragon blood, which inturn triggered his powers to fully awaken. His eyes filled with images of what had happened before the church had caught fire and instantly he saw the face of the man who had done it, but also showed him the scared faces of those inside. Walking away from the wreckage of the church he walked along the same path he could see in his eyes he knew he had to be only a couple minutes behind the man and soon caught up to him. It took only 2 seconds and the man was laying on the sidewalk his throught torn open, and Tempo standing above him with blood covering his clothing, hands, and body. His eyes held no emotion as he walked away dissappearing for 9 years no one could find him and he was soon forgoten. Now 19 he walked into Fuyu Academy and enrolled, during the 9 years he had vanished he had regained his normal personality. Also gaining powers and skills with in which he uses to help others or bring joy to their lives.
