Lemme first explain the title
I've never been an Epic/Fantasy Metal fan. Up until recently. I've started listening to Dragonforce, Stratovarius, Therion, Rhapsody... all that fantastic stuff to listen to while you're playing Oblivion.
So anyway, in the Dragonforce song "Heroes of our Time", there's a line of the chorus that goes "Rise above the Universe tonight... Starchaser." and it's SO BADASS. It's some the most epic stuff I've ever heard. So, that's what that's all about. If I can ever get 10000 of this Gaia gold, I'll change my name to something along those lines.
Now, to the real reason no one's reading this: My life. (Booo!)
School just started. Which is especially horrible.
I'm even less interesting in the real world. And I'm really unpleasant. Most of the time. So of course, I have... maybe 3 friends. And wouldn't you know it, none of them are in ANY of my classes. So, from Chemistry to Gym class, I'm the awkward quiet kid that everyone outwardly makes fun of... including the teacher (in Chem and gym at least). So... that's awful. I'm in a video making class, which is fun. So far, we're just talking about music... which is good. I can deal with that. And the kids aren't so bad. None of them have any interest in making friends... and the ones that are, I would NEVER hang out with....
Outside of that, I've been writing some bass lines... which are all really cool. I can't write lyrics, which is upsetting... but still, at least I have SOMETHING down.

awe, dragonforce was my first real metal band! i love them.
anyways, as for the school thing, if you're teachers are treating you as bad as the students, then take the opportunity to be a d**k. if you stand up for yourself and (not necessarily cuss them out) tell them off or show some wit behind your comebacks, maybe they'll leave you alone. i mean, no one messes with me cuz... well, i'm actually just all around intimidating, but they know i won't tolerate that crap. and dude, i hate being the awkward quiet kid, but that's totally me in my auto shop class! it's annoying! but i'd rather obviously have no interest in having any of them make friends with me than have annoying popular kids fake being my friend like last year in physics. ugh, high school.
