Who is your favorite of the new generation companions, and why?
Mine personally is Donna Noble. I think that she is absolutely amazingly brilliant as a companion. Shes a superb "mate" and I think shes the best friend and companion that he could ever have. Donna Noble for the win!

Rose. I love the sort of relationship that she and the Doctor had. They needed each other and made each other better.

im partial to amy for her attitude (and i love gingers) but rose was the classic and you just cant beat her. she should come back. dunno how that would be possible but hey i can dream

Rose was OK, but I wasn't crazy about her. Martha would've been my favorite if she wasn't pining after the Doctor. It got obnoxious. stare
I liked Donna best because it was just friendship, nothing more. And the DoctorDonna was awesome!
I don't know what the hell to think about Amy. She started out really neurotic, then she turned into a whore, then she was just obnoxious, and now she's leveled out enough that I can start to think she's cool. I like her best when she's with Rory. And I liked Amelia, if that makes sense.
BTW, why isn't Rory on this list? I think he counts, too!
