This is the place where all Assigned missions will be done. You can get a mission from a local captain! It doesn't have to be your captain. It can be any captain. Missions given by captains to lower ranked shinigami should be checked on and maintained by that captain. In other words, The captain who has assigned the mission must be in charge of what goes on.
