"Number five was bright red-a real nasty paint job, as if the color had been splashed on with buckets and fists. The roof was lined with barbed wire. A stuffed wild boar's head hung over the doorway, and its eyes seemed to follow me. Inside I could see a bunch of mean looking kids, both girls and boys, arm wrestling and arguing with each other while rock music blared." ~The Lightning Thief
This is where the demigod children of Ares stay.

Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Jake walked into his new home. He didn't like how it looked, exactly. He would get used to it though. (_____/) (=0 _ 0=) (‘’)____(‘’) I likes da bunny! ☮ Internets please?

Rylan Cedar
Rylan strode into the Ares cabin, a grimace crossing his face as he walked toward the boom-box that blared rock music, turning it off. He hated the stuff, despite the apparent notion that all children of Ares loved it. The bunk was almost deserted, many of the Ares campers were at the sword fighting arena or the climbing wall. He'd decided he'd rather relax today than train, so he'd gone back to the cabin; he didn't know the others well, anyway. He was only recently recognized as a son of Ares and hadn't built up a rapport with the others, yet. He flopped onto his bunk, his fathers' bracers and his mace resting against hooks embedded in the wall. He was bored, incredibly bored. As he laid there, he nodded nonchalantly to another Ares camper. "Hey there. Decided to skip training, too?"
