What was your 1st experience like?

What was your first experience like?
Well, my first convention was Animethon 15, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada (can you tell where I live? XD) Anyways, my cousin and I found it very confusing at first, because we'd never been there, and we didn't know anyone who had been. Plus, we're not exactly the type of people to be brave enough to go and ask, but after about an hour or two, we got the hang of it ^.^ It ended up being the greatest 3 days of our life! Unfortunatly, at the last panel we attended, we found out that there was a place we could buy stuff, and also that it was closed >.>
Did you find any cool panels?
Loads! The Gaia Online panel was epic! We did a jepordy thing, so that we could see just how much about gaia we actually knew, and we got to meet some of the mods biggrin We've been doing that every year since, and so far KathleenStar is my favourite mod ^.^
Did you win any free stuff?
No, but my cousin did XD All three years that we've gone. The second and third year, she just kind of looked at me like "This is werid!"
Did you see, meet or take pictures of any celebrities?
Yup! The first year we met the voice actors (for the english version) of Luffy (one piece) and a few others (I can't remember >.>) the second year we met the voice actor of Alphonse (Full Metal Alchemist) and last year I met a dude who voiced some characters from FF13 :3 He was by far my second favourite XD The guy that voices Alphonse was really cute, and tall! And he's turning 18 like me :O When I saw him I was like "There is no way your my age!" But he told us about how he started to get annoyed with talking into a tin can, and wondering if he was talking loud enough for the mic to pick up his voice >.> I can totally understand. I think I'd end up talking too loud.
Did anyone at the con creep you out?
Actually, at both Otafest and Animethon (and this is going to sound odd) the person(s) dressed as Domo-kun seriously creeped me out. I even played cosplay chess with them two years in a row, and they were king both years O.O Not saying it was the same person, but they really did creep me out for some odd reason >.>
Have you ever been hit on? What were they like?
No, but I did hit on this really cute dude wearing a Zero cosplay (from Vampire Knight) that is, until I found out he smokes >.> that was a total turn off for me!

Yeahh...uhh D: only the ones that didn't cost money,
I met Miley Cyrus' Half-Brother, I think. He was nice.

Yes ..... ; ^ ; He just stared at me, I felt mortified.... Because I was Deaf and hard of Hearing, I didn't hear him the first time that getting his autograph cost money. -emo corner- And he worked for Tim Burton... -despair-
EDIT: His glare was just scary D: Dark..... very.... -shudder- It'so ne thing i'll never forget....

No....

I ALMOST kissed a cosplay from Deathnote since I cosplayed a genderbent Kira.
