I have named the Capital Cities for every Organization, as well as put Mecha City for The Cyborg Org. and The Underworld for The death Org. Every organization opperates worldwide, but the idea is that if two assassins are in Hong kong in the same area, they will do battle. it is up to every Organization Leader to make their capital cities with what they can.

It is also manditory that every capital city has an "Outskirts" or "forest" or anything else as such so battles can happen outside the City.
