I. Follow the Gaia TOS, do not argue with the Captain, Vice Captain or Crew Members. If you believe a crew member is in the wrong, contact a guild owner privately and discuss your issue with them. If you have a problem with a crew member, do not start an argument with said crew member, start rumors, gossip etc.
II. What Wulfghast and Jagerin say is law. It's our guild. What we say goes. If you don't like it then find a new guild.
III. Do not harass other members of the guild for any reason. We're a friendly community of artists and role players, we aren't here to cause drama with one another.
IV. If you're going to be absent with an excuse, please notify Wulfghast or Jagerin if possible. It's extremely important, otherwise, you may be labeled as inactive.
V. If you are not seen around the Guild, we are currently inhabiting for 3 months, you will be removed, unless you give a notice before your disappearance. Warnings will be given during the last week of your three month absence.
VI. If, for some reason, you want to withdraw yourself from the Guild, be courteous and let us know. Your reason does not have to be stated but feedback is always welcome!
VII. Do not spam/flood any of the boards. A warning will be given for the first offense, if your actions are not corrected, harsher punishment will be enforced.
VIII. No pornographic images or anything of sexual nature will be allowed posted on the forums. Avatars and banners are to be appropriate and kept PG-13. Images that stretch the boards will be removed by administration and asked to be replaced with a re-sized image or link.
