I immerse myself in sick reflection. I shut my eyes and once again the pleasure strangles me. I taste the tears of sweet indulgence, pain and fantasy. Oh, the visions inside my head... The emptiness will haunt you.
I immerse myself in sick reflection. Sanity is slowly slipping from my hands now. I'm standing closer to the edge than I should be allowed. Oh, what little regret I have... Does that make me a killer?

Briarhart Academy 666 Angelcake Parkway Hell City, USA 163794
To whom this may concern:
You have been accepted to Briarhart Academy. Opening this letter means you have accepted your offer to join us. It is our pleasure to admit you to this exclusive year-round boarding school. We are certain you will enjoy your time here. Classes are in the two main buildings, and each class on your schedule will be determined at the clinic on the first at Briarhart. Our campus has a great view of Lake Prudence. Across the lake are the dormitories, which are co-ed. Stop by the dorm before the beginning of class to sign up for a room. Choose your roomate carefully. Anything damaged, and we will have your head. Quite literally.
Classes begin September 6th at 7 o'clock sharp. Do not be late. Your very life depends on your attendence here. If you do not arrive at all, we will send a handful of students to carefully dispose of your body. Briarhart Academy is a school of secrets. No one must know what you will learn.
Burn all remains of this page after you have read it.
Our warm regards, The Dean of Admissions Mr. Ace Hildred Nolastname

4QuestionsWho is the killer? Briarhart Academy is run by a group of experienced hitmen called the Keepers. Their names remain unknown to the student body. There are ten in total: The King, The Queen, The Jack, The Ace, The Joker, The Spade, The Clover, The Heart, The Diamond, and The Club. Together they protect and organize the school and its inhabitants.
But recently, there was a sudden decline in the number of students -- seniors and juniors in particular. Students were practically dropping dead! This mysterious murderer, dubbed The Wild Card, needs to be eliminated before further damage. The only suspects are the students and the Keepers.
Briarhart Academy is a school for killers in training. Perhaps the killer is among them. The Keepers are bonded by a mutual trust. Perhaps the betrayer is among them. Heaven knows...Who will be killed next?Three cliques, The Devils, The Souls, and The Angels, compete against one another for the best clients. Hitmen rack in a lot of money, but the kids at Briarhart have to give most of their reward to the school fund once they finish their lists. This money dilemia caused a separation between the student body. And within these categories, there is even more separation... With this Wild Card on the loose, who was going to risk trusting their peer? Especially when everyone was after money, power, and status?
The Devils consist mainly of dangerous rebels. Each bloodthirsty, money-crazed, or just downright insane. They are known to start drama or get in trouble. Barely anyone wants to be associated with them.
The Angels are, believe it or not, ruthless to the root. They appear very polished and have the best scores in their classes. In reality, they are really stuck up, and they could care less about anyone but themselves. In normal terms, everyone wants to be them.
The Souls is a group much like a purgatory -- between heaven and hell. Their personalities range as well as their abilities and skills. The Souls are treated quite badly by The Angels and The Devils, because the group is full of outcasts that never found place. Even so, they, too, are fearsome competition to both groups.Who can survive?Among all the twists and complecations of Briarhart Academy, there is a small handful of kids that have a problem on their hands. A big one at that. These normal kids recieved a letter one day requesting their attendance at Briarhart... But they didn't do anything particular to be there. In fact, the only reason they were there was because they would be hunted down if they didn't attend. It was a mistake that they linger among the rest of the crowds. But what could they do now?
The school is hyped up about murderers, killing sprees, and money. And to make things worse, The Wild Card is on the loose. Can these kids survive? Is escape even a possibility for them? For now, they can only put up a strong front and tough it out.Who am I?The Wild Card... Who is this person, and what does s/he want? Why was s/he killing off the kids of Briarhart Academy?
These questions need to be answered. You got the keyboard, you tell me.

Rulesoo1. Follow ToS, guild rules, and use your commom sense.oo2. Mary-/Gary-Sues will not be accepted. Harsh, but I can't stand these characters. Please send your character profile(s) via private message to hOB0-iSh. The subject should be 'Hitmen'. Wait until I reply before you post, please.oo3. Post must have NAME, PICTURE, and a REASONABLE FONT. Font size should be sizes 9-12... Anything more or less is absolutely obnoxious. Other than the required name and picture, anything extra is fine as long as it does nto stretch the page. Also keep in mind, this is a semi-literate - literate roleplay. I'll have none of that text talk or 1337 business. As for posting size, it should be like a skirt: long enough to cover everything, but short enough to catch some attention. One liners will result in instant removal of this roleplay. If you can't keep up with us, you better not join.oo4. Please respect all fellow roleplayers and their characters. No God-Mod, auto-hit, killing whoever (oh, the irony), unless given permission by the other user. I shouldn't have to say anything about discrimination and whatnot, but know that you will be reported to the guild leaders and gaia about your behavior, you naughty little ruffian.oo5. Be active... Not for the sake of this RP in particular (because we WILL go on without you if you don't reply in a while without a valid reason) but for the sake of the guild. Also, being active will help you notice if I change the rules or add new ones on. I will be doing quite a bit of that, so watch out!!oo6. Have fun. Like, seriously. I hope you have a ball out there. :3

Admission
1.) Send in a Reserve.
I need reserves, bishes. These microscopic profiles will be shown in the posts below to save space. The WHOLE profile skeleton is a shitload of text that will stretch the front page lengthwise. So be smart and send in the reserve first. How? It's easy. Copy & Paste the code below into a new message, fill it out, and send it to hOB0-iSh. And for the love of God, read the rules before you press "Send."
Name: Known as: Rank (Keepers) or Lable (Students) Age: Sex: Specialty: Username:[IMGLEFT]100x100 ICON HERE...[/IMGLEFT] Name: Known as: Rank (Keepers) or Lable (Students) Age: Sex: Specialty: Username: 2.) Send in the Profile.
After you send the reserve, remember there is another profile skeleton to fill out. Feel free to add in your own personal flair to it. I love when people get in character with the skeleton; it assures you know how to play the role. I will post these much longer, more detailed profiles in a thread in the Barton OOC. The mother ******** take quite a bit of space for my comfort.

CharactersThe KeepersThe Keepers are an elite group of hitmen whose duty is to protect Briarhart Academy. Each of the ten have different duties. The King is the principal; his/her job mainly consists of dealing with trouble makers and finding clients for the students at Briarhart. The Queen is the vice-principal and treasurer; he/she is in charge of all files, sends out the client lists and profiles, and also manages the school funds. The Ace is the dean of admissions and school secretary; after dealing with enrollment, transfers, and new students, he usually sits in the main building's office, troubleshooting, talking to clients, and overall multi-tasking. The Jack is a vital part of Briarhart -- he/she is the head chef. He/she is mostly seen in the kitchen, the heart of Briarhart itself. The Joker has two slightly different jobs: he/she poses as a janitor during daylight hours and when night falls, he/she is off to 'dispose' of bodies from a list containing the names of no-show students and bothersome competitors in the hitmen business. The Heart is one of the busiest Keepers; he/she spends his/her day in the clinic, caring for injured and sick students. Since Briarhart trains hitmen, the clinic is almost always full of broken bones, blood, and tears. The last four Keepers are the school counsellors. Each one takes care of a grade, preparing them for the best and the worst of Briarhart. The Clover is the freshman counsellor; the Spade is the sophomore counsellor; the Diamond is the junior counsellor; and the Club is the senior counsellor. It consists of seven outstanding students who take on the responsibility of promoting school spirit and leadership. The BS Council is also a link between the faculty and students. For a while, BS Council was responsible for disposing the no-shows and such, but the sudden decline in students caused the Keepers to leave the dirty work to the Joker and send the rest of the students to finish the lists quickly. Afterall, if Briarhart were to reject more clients, their weakness would be exposed. And we wouldn't want that to happen, would we?
The President is the leader of the school. He/She coordinates many school events, runs the meetings, and work to fix problems before a crisis occurs. The Vice President has to be ready to take on the position of the President in the event that a problem becomes a crisis and ultimately becomes death (a serious but common case at Briarhart). He/She assists the President at all times, helps contribute ideas in meetings, and acts as a link between groups of people when addressing to a certain body. The Secretary keeps records of each meeting, give feedback, and ultimately acts as a historian. He/She must take clear pictures of events and be able to organize anything ranging from an event to private files. The Treasurer is in change in financial matters. He/She maintains the school's budget and works with the Keepers to balance the school's bank account. The Senior, Junior, and Sophomore Representatives are admired leaders within their own grade, somewhat like a class president. They run fundraisers, inform the student body, and represent certain thoughts and ideas of each grade, minus the Freshman. Welcome to Briarhart Academy, Home of the Birds666 Angelcake Parkway • Hell City, USA 163794Guarded by gothic, iron gates was an old mansion. From the architecture, one could see how elaborate and old the massive building was. Not only was the building rich in architecture, the mansion had quite a history. It was the mansion of a wealthy, but rather quiet and shady, family of the name Briarhart. The Briarhart Mansion was quietly famous to the world, often hidden in its own beauty and darkness in the broad daylight. Many admired, but no one but close family friends and family went past the gates and into the mysterious gardens before the mansion. Many decades ago, the only heir of the family was killed in a tragic accident. In his will, he gave the mansion and all his belongings to Edgar H. Bloodworth. Bloodworth came from a noble family and was close friends with Briarhart. He was well respected by the people of the city, and it was no surprise when Briarhart gave everything to Bloodworth. Despite his famously polished, refined, respectful appearance, his job was anything but that. Yes, he was the first hitman Briarhart was honored to know. Bloodworth was also the first principal and the founder of Briarhart Academy.
Upon cleaning out the vast mansion, Bloodworth stumbled upon Briarhart's study. Tucked in the safe compartment of his desk, Bloodworth found a few files. All were documents of Briarhart's growing debt to someone of the name Oliver D. Queshire. The amount totaled the month before Briarhart's death was tremendous. Bloodworth immediately made the connection, and suddenly the tragic accident sounded no longer accidental at all. His suspicions were further confirmed when he discovered Briarhart's writings and letters. Queshire threatened that if Briarhart would not be able to pay back his debt, he would have to repay with many lives, starting with his own. With this new found knowledge, Bloodworth skillfully defended himself and the Briarhart Mansion when he had a fateful encounter with Queshire. Queshire had planned to kill Bloodworth, but they were well matched. Bloodworth offered to do something about the enormous debt Briarhart had owed to Queshire. They spoke, quite tensely and fast in the middle of the night. When they finished, they shook hands, blew out the candles, and never saw each other again.
Bloodworth started a school in the old mansion, naming it after the family. This made great news. The city saw it as expected of that gentlemanly, charitable noble. After the news died down, Bloodworth immediately unveiled his intentions to the inhabitants of the school. Briarhart was no ordinary school. No, not at all. In this school, the teachers and staff were all highly skilled hitmen, and the students were going to learn the art of kill. The plan was to send out client lists to each student to finish off. Once they finish off a client list, their client or clients would pay them their promised amount. Only 10% of the money could be kept by the student. 90% of the money earned from the student went to the school fund, which partly kept the school from starving, etc. and the rest went to Oliver D. Queshire. For many years, this plan proved to be efficient, though the debt still has yet to be paid fully and completely. Bloodworth passed away before his goal could be reached, and Queshire's decendants are still alive. Some are even enrolled in the school.
The year is 2010 now. It is the day before the first day of the school year. Once you have reached the iron gates, you will have to walk a mile into the land in order to reach the front steps of Briarhart Academy. But do not worry, the path is clear, and shaded nicely by trees. If you were to get lost, you would find yourself in a large garden, or perhaps find the stables of horses, or maybe catch a view of Lake Prudence. Briarhart Academy has a large amount of land surrounding the mansion, which they use for special classes and outdoor sports. Inside the main building are the offices of the Keepers, who are staff members and part-time teachers. Upstairs of the main building, no students are to be allowed. This is where the Keepers shall live. Further in the heart of Briarhart is the dining room, kitchen, library, gymnasium, ballroom, and other spacious parts of Briarhart. The left and right wings of the mansion are reserved for classes. To find the dormitories, you will have to walk another mile toward Lake Prudence. There are three levels to this spacious and colossal mansion. You may choose a roommate and sign up for the room by talking to a counselor in front of the dorms, but please no horse-play. If anything is broken or damaged, you will be put on Joker's hitlist. The library is open, but since cards have not been issued yet, you are not to check out any books. The dining room is empty since it is still mid-morning, but there will be fresh fruit laid out on the long tables. However, the gym, ballroom, classrooms, and locker rooms are closed. No one is to go there, unless you want to die by the Wild Card's hand. Also, if you are done with your client list, please find your counselor. Clover is for the freshmen, Spade is for the sophomores, Diamond is for juniors, and Club is for seniors. If you cannot find your counselor, please visit Ace in the front office.
At noon, the Jack will have made lunch, so if you are hungry, by all means head to the dining room at that time. You will have a decent thirty to forty-five minutes to eat before Joker starts cleaning. At 1:00 pm, there will be a Keepers meeting where they will talk about the new school year and its issues, particularly the Wild Card. All Keepers on campus are required to attend. At about the same time, the Student Council will hold an unofficial, optional meeting in the Student Council room in the East wing, where they're not even supposed to be, might we add. There they will talk about things similar to the topics the Keepers will discuss, and perhaps they will try to solve an adult's problem. After the meetings, you may resume whatever activities you were doing before. Dinner is at 6:00 pm, and the time you are to head to your rooms is 9:00 pm. Tomorrow on the first day of school, you are to gather in front of the main building at 7:00 am. There will be a short clinic, and if you have not picked up your schedule, find your counselor before the clinic. If you cannot locate the counselor, visit Ace in the front office. Right after the clinic, classes will begin. Your first day of classes will not be easy. Get a good night's rest, and try to stay out of trouble.
