Out onto the Wastes of the Dark Lands, a Ley of Insurmountable energies has been discovered by the toiling of the land.
A field of dark, skittering runes and stones float endlessly in incalculable orbitals.
The Dark Lord has seen it fit to harvest this energy for use of the dark knights.
As you enter, you are greeted by the Forgetown of Koronite, which the servants of Lord Fleur harvest the Skittering runestones, and take the energies of the skittering runes across the land.
Here is also a place to get your Armor and Weapons outfitted with these runes... adding different abilities and effects with the different runes available...
Know however, that this is a dangerous path to take... and the more eager rune bearers usually become consumed by the very power of the runes.
After the Forgetown, the gates lead out directly into the field of black runes, where all timespace and reality becomes warped.
Void Demons wander aimlessly through the fields, drawing energy from the flying runes, and destroying all in their path.
It is your Duty as a Dark Knight to protect the Forgetown, as well as escort the miners and runeshapers that harvest the runes of this field...
Be wary... more than these demons are a danger in this new land, and all is unpredictable...
