Where once stood the black throne of the Tyrant King, the embodiment of evil in all it's representation, there now stands another symbol. Laced with black vines in brambles and thorns, there now is the shade of a large rose made completely of metal and runes.
The very room around is decorated darkly with the same items...dark vines, brambles and thorns... all with the same, skittering runes.
Where you should not walk, you cannot. There is only one path in... and one path out.
A long hall reaches the throne of the New Lord of Internal Darkness... The Black Rose Throne.
Here the New King of Darkness has made his own... the very air around is drenched in the smell of vile intent and miasmic devious.

That stench, is all too sweet.

Here you tread within the domain of Lord Tyrannus Fleur.
Here you will bow.
Here you will obey.
Or suffer eternally.

"Welcome, Mortal.
Pray I favor you alive...
...or you will never leave the same."

The Room was silent.
Completely and utterly silent.
If the image and power coursing through the room weren't so great, it would have seemed like no one was there.
...But even the blind could not miss the aura that permeated directly in front of whomever stepped in the doorway.
The sheer darkness could permeate any eyelid.
Other than this figure, there were none here.

...Though this figure could out-personify anyone around him, easily.
He was a nightmare... from the ground up.
Roots that run deep into the ground replaced what should have been legs... roots that seemed to bleat like veins.
His torso was thin, but covered in dark armor that immortalized his frame.
His upper arms were covered in thorned vines, and lower in the same dark armor.

His entire right side was covered by a leafy cape, of whom the left shoulder permeated sharper looking foliage.
Though he exuded darkness, though he was a nightmare, a monstrosity... his face was that of a handsome young boy... one just ripe into adulthood.
A clear, beautiful face... one that had the softness of a flower.
The face of a suitor.

Lord Tyrannus Fleur was but 18 years of age... and he had all the power of the world under his grip.
The Lord sat motionless, his eyes closed, but aware of all around him... aware of all within the Dread Dialect.

Claire waited, hidden in the shadows. The young prince of darkness was alone... and he probably prefered to be that way. So why did she hide from him? Was she hiding? No... Living in the shadows was a part of her, it's what she did. It was a gift. While she drifted there, i9n the darkness, she continued to observe... Her sire reeked an aura of death, but he was peaceful at the same time. It was a peace she did not want to disturb... for she admired it so very much. However, she was sure he could sense her presence anyway... After all, he was the Lord of Darkness. If he called, she would show herself and submit to his will... but for now... she would gaze and dwell in his deadly presence.

((BAM! DEAD! xD))
"...You seem to enjoy observing me quite a bit as of late, my dear Claire..."
Lord Fleur did not open his eyes... He could see all and everything within the castle. Even those within the shadows.
There were many who liked to dwell within the unknown shadowy depths... But few had the gall to actually wait around in the presence of Fleur.
"Do not displease me, my dear... I much prefer your company than your gaze."
Fleur's voice suited him... it was soft and gentle enough to be pleasing... but the energies that followed it were enough to make the unprepared wince.
Fleur would allow the Knight Claire to reveal herself...
He could well pull her out off the shadows... but it would be unfitting of him to do so.
He did not need to waste energy...
She would obey... there would be consequences if she did not.

(XD )

Looking in the shadows, one would naturally see nothing, but... then she would materialize, or so it looked that way. Taking a few steps forward, she stopped and knelt before him. "My apologies, I could not help it. You looked so peaceful, I did not want to disturb you." Her voice was gentle and quiet, she did not look at him, and her heand lowered further to show her respect. She almost smiled when he said he'd prefer her company to her gaze. "I do not wish to displease you, sire..." One could almost pick out the adoration in her soft voice, as she meant what she said. She would never want to displease him... and not because it meant pain or death. When it came to him, she lived to serve.

The roots that attached Fleur to the Citadel slowed in their immortal heartbeat... and Prince Fleur opened his eyes.
His gaze was both beautiful and powerful... his pupils were the color of old blood... a deep, dark red that seemed to pierce the very soul like a hot knife through butter.
The Citadel was running well, and he could afford to present his gaze to Clair.
Fleur acknowledged her respectful bow by tilting his head to her.
"...Rise and meet my Gaze, My Loyal Knight..."

He allowed her to rise before he spoke once more.
"You know I do not take well to excuses... Lady Clair... You are to always come before me and pay respect first... always..."
Fleur's eyes shut a bit... readjusting himself to a single vision took some time... even for himself.
"...Tell me then..."
He began once more after opening his eyes to Claire once more.
"...Have you businesses here? Might you have something to tell me?"
Fleur raised a brow with calculating interest.
For her sake, he hoped she wasn't here to waste his time.

Claire obeyed and rose meetong his gaze, his entracing and terrifying gaze. Lowering her head briefly at his commend, she raised her eyes to meet hios once more. "Never again, sire, will I make an excuse." Even if it is true. Standing, stiffly, she waited for him to speak again, and when he did, she answered promptly. "I am in need of a mission, sire, if it pleases you. I would like to be of use and do something worthy of this faction." She wanted to do something to please him, and perhaps the others that outranked her. But the Dark lord was her first priority, as he was for all the others. "Please, allow me to show you my worth, sire..." Her eyes showed her determination.

"Very Well, my Knight... I will place a task upon you..."
Fleur closed his gaze once more, and his roots seemed to pour out energy into the castle as they beat.
"...Hmmm... a remedial task, but one that must be taken care of... There is a prisoner in the Dungeon Deeps that is attempting to overpower his seal... he is giving my Executors quite a bit of trouble..."

A vine climbed up into the air in front of Clair, the tip of it opening up to reveal a beautiful deep violet flower with an unusually thin and dark stem.

"Take the Flower, my dear, and stab it into his chest... it should sedate him enough to put an end to his resistance... do not do this alone, or he very well may overpower you..."
Fleur's whole frame seemed to relax, as a large flower pod opened up from the floor next to Claire, opening up elegantly to a Knight in cracked black armor.

"I answer your call, my lord."
The man respectfully held his gaze to the floor, and held his bow until told otherwise
.

"Rise, Kraid... Escort Lady Claire to the Prisoner Marduke... aid her in his sedation."

"It will be done my Lord."
Kraid lowered himself from the flower, taking the side of Clair, and patiently waited for her to properly dismiss herself from lord Fleur.

Claire reached forward and took the flower, holding it in gently and admiring it's beauty. She hoped she could do it alone, to prove herself further, especially sionce he claimed this task was remedial, but she would not argue. If he thought it best to send someone with her, then so be it. Looking up to Fleur, after examining her new companion, she gave him a deep bow. "Thank you for this chance, sire. I will not disappoint you." And with a smile, she backed away, towards the door, and then turned around to leave. She would complete this task, and she would do it with such a grace and power that she might bring her name to rise above others. Or so she dreamed.

Entering with the quiet grace that only a ghost could achieve, the Lady Ryo enters the throne room with her presence open. It had been only a few years since she had chosen that flower child to take control of the dark knights, but he had done much better a job than even she expected of him. The ghostly woman admired the boy as a mother did her son, taking in the sight of the throne room with both admiration and a tinge of sadness. It was much different than her husband had arranged it, though it was indeed a much more beautiful sight. A soft smile lit her face as she watched the young girl depart from a corner of the room. Floating down delicately, she lands on the path to the Dark Lord to approach with only the slightest bit of caution. "She truly does admire you, my young prince...." she floats closer, having no fear of this young prince of darkness.
Even though she was beyond anything of the living world, the boy still had a little way to go before he reached her husband in power, though already he was indeed more powerful than the man had been at his age. She smiles again, her motherly instincts taking over as she gazed into the young face of the boy. "Oh, now if only you smiled once in a while......"

Fleur might have kept his eyes closed as his loyal dark knights left his presence, but the ever so familiar specter of the Dark Lady graced his senses. He did not open his eyes until Ryoka was directly upon him.
He opened his bloodstained gaze softly as he looked at the lovely figure before him.
Something you would not expect from the Dark Lord crept up upon his face as he showed her his most handsome smile.
"I will always have a smile for you, my Lady."
Though his face was handsome, his eyes were tired... drooping with the consistency of his energy output... in truth, Fleur hadn't slept for a long time, or rested for that matter... there was far too much to do.

Her gaze softened yet again at the boy's smile, and she drifted ever closer. Upon further inspection of his face, the Lady Ryo's brow creases with concern. "You look so tired, my prince. However powerful, you are still young. A man needs his res." she scolds him lightly, her concern only of that belonging to a mother. The ghostly woman had lost her true son, and it almost seemed as if the young Prince of Thorns had taken up the empty residence in her heart. Placing her hand on his face and cupping his cheek as best she could with her misty form, she smiles faintly yet again. "I believe you deserve a nap. You have just been working so hard..... I almost think the burden is too much for one so young." she sighs, keeping her gaze steady. "Though you were the best and my only choice for such a position." she smiles, again the motherly figure she had come to be. Something draws her mental attention, though her gaze remains on the boy's face. After a few moments of thought, her eyes seem to come back from far off.
"Maybe if you had a wife...." she trails off, her tone utterly serious.

Fleur retained his smile, even with the light scolding. In Lady Ryo he had found a piece of him long thought absent with the banishing of his mother. Remembering some of the same concern his own mother would have for him, he only reacted in a calm fashion.
"I'm afraid there's just too much to be done, My Lady... but fear not, At the small chance that I may rest, I will do so."
He hoped this put her at least a little assurance... Fleur might have been tired, but he was no where near exhausted.
Fleur had all the energy of the dark.
He cocked his head to the side a bit, wondering what the Dark Lady was drifting off to.
He only smiled once more when he mentioned a wife, giving a little chuckle.
"...I'm afraid, Lady Ryoko, that I'm married to the Darkness, and to the advancement of our faction."
In truth, Fleur had little interest in anyone as of late... not since...
Fleur shook his head a bit.
"Besides, isn't a little soon to be searching for a "New" queen of the Dark Faction?"
PostPosted: Mon Feb 08, 2010 3:35 pm

"Of course it's not too soon. Not if it would bring you even a bit of happiness." she tells him in all seriousness, stroking his cheek gently with the back of her hand. She's obviously amused at his comment on being married to the darkness, giving her ghostly head a little shake. "My late husband was supposed to the greatest tyrant in history, and he not only had a wife, he had two children." she tells him sternly, unable to restrain the small smile curling her lips upward at the corners. "Though I know you'll find yourself a girl soon enough..... I suppose you are a little young for marriage." she smiles again, blinking as a thought dawns on her. "Though I do have a lovely daughter who's still available. Her personality is more like her father's, though she did obtain my charming good looks." she chuckles, the sound light and melodic. When she laughed, it was obvious how even the epitome of darkness himself had fallen for her. Smiling again, Ryo sighs lightly while still watching the boy's face.

Fleur smiled a bit broader. It was amazing how light his mood had become so quickly... it was amazing a mood could be so light in such a dreaded place.
"Captain Neciel? None to be insulted, my Lady... she indeed has you loveliness... but I doubt she will be for me."
Not to mention he hadn't the slightest interest in marrying someone that looked to similar to one he considered a motherly figure... Neciel could very well be his sister... though he in turn doubted she considered him any sort of family.
"...not to mention, being my Wife will tie her and her faction back into the Darkness... a freedom she will not give up so easily."
Hopefully the tidbit would perish the thought in his Lady's mind.
Marriage was definitely something even the Dark Lord wasn't ready for...
