Isn't against like the rules to talk about vampirism with people under 18? I'm just wondering. I am 15 and i was reading things on the sites listed on this guild. so yea is it or not? Also what do you personally think?

There are sites out there that would prefer those viewing it to be over the age of 18 but only because they deal with subject matter that most would consider "mature content." Hence why they have warnings that one would need to be 18 or older to enter the site as a way to ensure that the owners hold no responsability for the actions that a minor may decide to do. However I feel that if an individual is mature enought to handle the content then there is no harm done. Hence why there are many out there who follow the Black Veil. which can be found by folowing this link. http://www.houseofthedreaming.org/blackveil.htmlRemember the Black Veil is not a set of rules but is merely a code of ethics. It's purpose is simply to make sure that someone dosn't act like crazy and end up doing harm to the vampiric community.

While this subject matter is somewhat mature, especially that which involves sang or eros vamps, its suitable for anyone with enough common sense to use the information wisely. I myself am under 18, so I see no problem with sharing this knowledge with kids down to... 12, as long as they are mature enough to handle what they now know. That is for you to assess, though. That, or lie about your age. Either would work, but the former option is the better for the community.
EDIT: omg, OP, love the pants. biggrin lols.

I understand both sides of the arguement, having been on both sides, at one side, people DO awaken before 18, infact, most do, but alot of the big places dont allow for under 18s as to many, teenagers are well.. stupid, but i seriously dont consider age to be a level of maturity. I mean, hell i awakened at 12 and was ******** for the most part, but then there are resources out there. But on the other hand, there are the health risks with all of this, the legal risks, and the responsibility that comes with it, and with alot of things like this, 18 tends to be the breaking off point in terms of law just to keep it off their own backs, like why most places wont allow anyone 18 to use their donors, or vice versa, be a donor. Plus especially now with all the teenage retards wanting to become vampires because of ********. Personally, if someone wants information from me about it, a simple case of "prove your not an idiot" and ill give you info.

Actually, my thoughts are different from most others on this situation. Although there might be some slight mature content having to do with our guild matter, most of it is acceptable to be read by a 5 year old. I'm saying that because nothing on our guild forums is very violent or sexually explicit. The only thing that would make our forums too mature for younger folks is the amount of detail we put into the explanations. Really when your saying something like, feeding or drawing blood, the only way that would make it bad is the way you explain it. After all 5 year olds know about blood drives. Other content in this, dealing with energy, to a 5 year old would seem imaginary and they would want to play along. That could be dangerous to a 5 year olds developing mind if anyone were to go to far or hurt the child as a result of their knowledge. Especially if they thought they were an energy vamp. Although our content isn't really explicit or mature I would set the age limit of our forums at 12 like Sloth. At that age you tend to start grasping knowledge of all sorts of explicitly mature things. Although it wouldn't be bad for a 5 year old to read this, they don't have the comprehension to deal with it. So I'd say that anyone 12 or older should be able to handle and comprehend the information on our forums.
